The employees have been very kind. However, having them come at a convenient time for you is nearly impossible. That said, the majority of the time the inside of my home does not get treated. Next, we had one of their employees in training left to figure things out on his own, while the other guy sat in the truck. This caused multiple items we had in or on the ground to be broken with no one to offer to replace them or the costs of them. As if all of this isn’t annoying enough, they NEVER EVER
