Had them for 2 years and they couldn't get rid of the issues I was dealing with. Caught the technicians not completing services I paid for and they didn't go in every room and wasn't even using the spray that was suppose to be used. Waste of money and they're trying to charge me for services I didn't receive after canceling. Told me if I didn't pay it'll go to collections. Oh and they'll try to get you to pay for more services such as termite control which costs 💰 and can't even get rid of the i

All I will say is buyer beware!! These people are not local as they claim! Once you sign the contract they start billing and you may or may not get your service. In their eyes as long as they come out in that month you're good, so it could be the 1st on Aug and the 31 of Sept. And all is well. They lack the ability to schedule probably and notify you of their schedule! There customer service is less than helpful. All I can say is good luck if you use this company!

We set up a 2hour window with this company, charged the initial fee, received multiple text reminders only to be stood up. There was no correspondence. Tried to call multiple times, left messages, email, and text. No one responded. Wondering if this company actually exists? Very unprofessional and very disappointing! Hope I get my money back.
