I have been using your service for the past 10 years and unfortunately, the last several times that you have sprayed, you have not sprayed completely. You’ve actually gone to the wrong house and not mine. I’ve called and you did correct the problem . I also paid for the entire yard to be treated and only the area around the house was sprayed. I am becoming less impressed with the service I am receiving.

It was great for the first few days but i got bitten by mosquitoes again in less than a week which may be because I am on water

Well I guess it’s too early to tell what the results are but they came and the young man was very professional and he went all around the house so we will see. He came two days ago.

Online it says they service Orangeburg, but they said they do not.
They definitely can’t get rid of the gnats. I mentioned that I did not have a mosquito issue, just gnats. They came out and sprayed for both a couple days after I called. The technicians were fine and should still get their bonus - it’s not their fault the product doesn’t work. I’m currently outside being eaten alive by gnats. Lol

Thank you for your review! We are sorry that you are having a pest problem. We would love to be able to send our manager out to your property to properly identify your pest problem. Gnats don't bite, so if that is the case then we would need a different treatment method.
First time using them for this service I have to see if the results will be as stated when call was made to have the service. The driver was prompt and quick hope enough of the solution was provided to rid my home of the insects.

Gary was very professional and willing to go the extra mile. He called ahead of his appointment time to let me know he was in the driveway and wanted to know if I had any special areas or things I wanted done. They did a good job.
