He was very polite. He address a pest problem that we were having and put in another trap to ensure that we have no more mice problems.

Service quality is not acceptable. Tech only sprayed the outside of the property on a rainy day which defeats the purpose. I called explaining that the inside was not serviced and the rep on the phone hung up on me.

Our Quarterly Pest Control program focuses on treating the exterior of your home, as that’s where pests come from and where we can stop them before they enter. Even on rainy days, our products are designed to bond to the surfaces we treat and remain effective.<br><br>That said, your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you ever need the inside of your home serviced or notice activity between visits, we are always happy to come back out for a free re-treatment.<br>We sincerely apologize if the call was disconnected — that should never happen, and we will look into it right away.
Do yourself a favor and do business with a better company. In my experience with this company, they don’t return phone calls, even when I was trying to cancel service with them for several weeks. Instead of returning my call, they showed up at my house when no one was home and then billed me for the service I was trying to cancel. I’m very disappointed in the customer service.

Very upset with this place. Paid my termite service on 3/5 and can’t get it done until 4/9 meanwhile they have my 285 dollars. This is my last service.

The technician that arrived stated on his report he was there from 12:43Pm until 1:11Pm. When in fact, my security cameras recorded him at 11:43Pm and leaving at 11:49PM. That would make it impossible to spray the perimeter of my home in six minutes. The technician must’ve been an idiot! Not seeing the security cameras. Waiting for a reply back from Palmetto Exterminator’s on this issue. If I don’t hear a reply, I would give them a zero for a review!

Very unprofessional could not get a quote the same day was told I would get a quote the next morning they said it was $450 per room then the guy says oh it starts at 450 dollars per room I have four bedrooms then they come back and say it's going to be almost $4,000 but wouldn't even give me a quote they told me that over the phone and said that the technician would get to me when he could get to me complete bait and switch

This company is involved with fraud: I never had account with them, but they keep sending me officially looking "Renewal notices", which looks like bills. They even had account number, even though I never had account with them.
