I’ve called and emailed these people numerous times and still haven’t yet talked to somebody. Grass was cut unevenly. It looked like they mulched my grass instead of bagged my grass up. Left my yard and grass cuttings. Spots of grass were Missed. The sad part about all this they charge you before you can even look at your yard and an approve of their work. Regret booking with Sparta. Canceling service ASAP. Booked appointment for Wednesday and was pushed to Thursday and given window of arrival for 11:00a to 1p. Today, time came and went.
