I call in to schedule termite services for a renovation project. They Customer Service Representative was very pleasant and helpful. Service was schedule for later in the week. When an opening came available before the schedule visit, they contacted me and completed the services much sooner than than I would have expected. The company owner also reached out to me about my experience. I strongly recommend Jeffcoat Pest. Great customer service and quality work.

Mike is absolutely awesome! A week ago I notified him after running into him in the office that I would like to be texted before spraying for pests because I have a dog and a unreliable apartment complex that has failed to notify me for this kind of thing in the past. He texted me a week later and was not only professional, but kind and kept his word by texting to make sure my dog was downstairs when he sprayed! Thank you so much Mike!!
