Oh boy where to begin? They rope you into a contract on your first service, no matter what you have to pay out your contract whether you're satisfied or not. Then, when they come to do service, half the time they don't call beforehand or try to schedule a time so that they only do a quick spray around the outside once a quarter. The real kicker there is that 3 out of the 4 times they have done that, I have gotten no note saying they had even been there. Just a bill in the mail a month later.

Three months after initial treatment and re-treatment, we still had bed bugs in the exact same two locations. Five days after the last treatment, there were live bed bugs in the bed! Having researched how to get rid of bed bugs we found you had to use heat treatment, but Terminix convinced us to use a chemical treatment, Aprehend. They stated it had been successful in treatment. Have been using Terminix for 3 years. Recently our treatment person changed. We never had any problems with Rusty, but since the new person has been coming we have had to call each time to get them to re-treat. I am not sure if it's the person or the product. Called today after seeing some bugs and was told they could not get out to me until Tuesday to re-treat-5 days. Currently looking at other options who can get to me before Tuesday or that will treat the house the way they are supposed to th
