Had a porter with 2 years of experience come out and he did a great job. He even went under my home and was honest and respectful enough to recommend bringing his supervisor out just to make sure everything was handled right. The supervisor showed up super fast (about a 15-minute ETA), got everything set up, placed baits, and sprayed the home. They explained everything very thoroughly and answered all my questions I paid $1,250 for the first year and $300 for renewal definitely a little pricey,

don’t schedule with them. you’ll be told your service is paid for in full before and urged to schedule only to be lied to and told you still owe a balance. all i was told was “sorry my tech misspoke, there’s nothing else i can do”. a crappy $6 late fee taken off my bill is the best they can comp? how about removing the charge altogether due to being swindled into scheduling the appointment to begin with? couldn’t even offer 25% off or anything else? branch manager was professional on the phone b

I called twice this month alone to try to schedule my normal quarterly service. I used to have a dedicated technician, Mitchell, that would come out and take care of my service. I guess he's no longer with Terminix. I then received a new technician who doesn't do half the job in my eyes that Mitchell did.
