Chad was one of the the best technicians I’ve had since being with Mosquitoe Joe. He was very thorough and made sure he not only covered the lawn, but also the edge of the woods and around the pool and front shrubbery. He even covered the driveway. He parked on the road (which most technicians have not done and I’m fine either way) during his work time and lots of neighbors passed by - I hope that got more customers for y’all. I have nothing but good things to say about Mosquito Joe’s mosquito spray services!!

the workers do a thorough job and are polite and friendly. The spray keeps away the mosquitoes and the flies that are so pesky when you try to eat outside. thank you Mosquito for making our outside time enjoyable and pest free. Mary Lou Browni rd for 25$. I felt that would be worth the try since my son uses a company in town and he says he has to have it for the girls, at that time they were young and needed protection. I feel it is truly a winner to have this service... It not only takes care of mosquito but all bugs. We have no roaches, wasps, carpenter bees, flies and all bugs. we love the service, Morgan is easy to get in touch with if we need something special and all of the agents are super nice to work with. Shell T is the service man who comes and does my yard, he is the best, always goes beyond and above for my yard, my plants and my animals. He is the best! Want to enjoy your yard? Happy with our Mosquito Joe service! It is very easy to start/stop treatments. They don’t hassle you about it or try to convince you that you need more than you do. They always tell me when they’re coming; and are usually right on time. Everyone is friendly and helpful!

We paid the higher price for a spray that included “everything in their arsenal” and “was guaranteed.” I was told that it should last 21 days. It helped for 3-4 days, although there were guests at my child’s birthday party that did get mosquito bites. It’s been a week now and we got eaten alive outside yesterday so I called to see about them respraying, but they said that wasn’t something that they do for one time treatments. Not quite sure how you can give someone a 21 day estimate and be tell someone that you can’t fix it when it lasted less than a week. I would have considered continuing service if they had handled this with understanding but that’s not going to happen now. So disappointing.

This is a horrible service. It is killing all insects and bees. No matter what they tell you, a chemical cannot only pinpoint certain insects. Plus this poison gets on everything including baby birds. It is harmful to all wildlife and the reason we don't see as many bees anymore. You are being told lies to purchase poison that will affect you and your children because we are dependent on insects/pollinators. Wear mosquito repellant and save yourself and the environment. The future generation will thank you.

Refused to come and re-spray unless we paid an additional $95.00. When I set up service with this company, I informed them that we have two dogs. We were told that our plan would be an additional $10.00 to cover fleas and ticks for a total of $95.00 every three weeks. Now, my two dogs are infested with fleas. I took one of them to the vet and she gave them oral medication, we have used flea shampoo, which I let sit for the recommended time, they got a bath and haircut yesterday and still have fleas. We have bombed our home, so the fleas are obviously in our yard. I called on August 9th and spoke with Brianna about the problem. She said that our next treatment wasn't until the 18th. I asked if they could come as soon as possible. They moved the appointment up to August 11th, but rather than count it as a "respray", they charged us $95.00. I'm not sure if they've ever even treated for fleas. I would recommend Googling and using home remedies. I am shocked that they would not work with us to address this problem. It's no fun seeing your pets miserable.

We informed you that it's $10 more for flea and tick treatments, and we treat additional areas when performing this service rather than just the bushes around your house and the perimeter of your yard. When you called with your issue, we were glad to schedule you for a spray on 8/11, which was earlier than your next scheduled treatment. It was our understanding that you were okay with us doing this for you, and we believed that you were aware that the spray on 8/11 was replacing your scheduled treatment on 8/18. We were disappointed when you called on the 16th and let us know that you would like to cancel your service, but we did cancel your account as you requested. When you reached out on 9/1 asking if we would swing by to perform a complimentary spray in your backyard due to fleas, we had to inform you that since you were no longer an active client, we would be unable to do this. When you mentioned that you had stopped giving your dogs flea treatment, we advised you not to do this, as our product is helpful in conjunction with the medication for your dogs. 2 days after my yard was sprayed for mosquitoes there were swarms of mosquitoes on my legs at 6 p.m. on my front porch. When I got around to calling about it, 17 days later, the man I spoke with was defensive and condescending. He said I should have called earlier. I stated I had been busy. He was rude, would not agree to a respray b/c of the length of time since the last spray. I will not use this service again, though had been satisfied with service couple yrs ago. I would not recommend them to anyone. I found another service with professionalism.

We are currently on our 2nd month with Mosquito Joe. It has been a little over 2 weeks from our last spray (which is supposed to last 3 weeks). We have seen numerous mosquitoes throughout the entire period. I just called to ask for a respray; however, Mosquito Joe advised that their "guarantee" of no mosquitoes only applies to the first 2 weeks. I wish I would have called sooner. Had to cancel our service due to our dissatisfaction. For paying $80+ every 3 weeks, I would expect better service. Do Not Recommend. Also, was told I would receive a text prior to service & re-billing, which never happened. Just an FYI to those considering this company.

Signed up for one series of service as a birthday present for my son in Columbia. Was told no contracts, no further obligation. Was billed for a treatment (July, never requested), called the company, said sorry would credit my card. Today's bill shows same July charge AND an August charge, $69 each. Please amend my account.
