I love their pest control service itself. However, they are supposed to call or text schedule the service to ensure someone is going to be available. They fail at this as they simply show up whenever. This is the reason for 3 stars and not 5 stars.

Received my quarterly treatment today!! Love how they keep up with my treatment plan- I may not remember but they most certainly do. Email and text communication are timely and the response times are great; the only thing I have to do is be home to let them into my home! Highly recommended!! Locally owned, professional, and affordable!

Extremely unprofessional & does not honor their quotes. Save yourself the time and the headache. Go with another rebuttable company. Update: Our family has in fact dealt with company & did not receive the service guaranteed. This review isn’t a mistake.

After looking at their reviews, I decided to leave Clark & select this location to complete servicing for my termite bond. This company sent a quote for servicing and reneged on the quote after completing the service. (I previously tried to post my review showing the signed quote and the apologetic email from their management team, however, they managed to get the review removed with that proof attached.) After speaking with the management team and the owner in attempt to have them honor the signed quote they sent me, I requested for them to remove the bating stations as I was not willing to pay an additional $125 than the agreed amount. This company does a great job of filtering the negative reviews on their Google, however, I would recommend looking at their Facebook and other websites review history. Do your research and go with a more reputable and honest company that allows their good and bad reviews.

My roommates and I originally called about bed bugs- it was a very traumatic experience and I was looking forward to never dealing with the pests again after calling Mid South to come treat our home. They were only found to be nesting in one room but we had the whole house treated, just to be safe. The lady that came out to our home was very nice and knowledgeable. I felt as though we were in good hands. We had a treatment and things seemed to be okay. After a year I noticed the bugs again. I contacted Mid South about another treatment because the first one clearly did not kill off the bugs 100%. Beware- they only have a 30 day policy which is NOT enough time to be sure the bugs are gone. After doing extensive research of my own I am aware that bed bugs can discretely live and reproduce in a home for months to years without being noticed. If just one female is missed she can lay up to 200 eggs- and the bugs will continue to reproduce/the infestation will return in a matter of months. Instead of agreeing that they could have missed a bug or two (leading to another infestation) they told me that I probably brought more in. I know this is not true as I have since been EXTREMELY cautious with everything brought into my home and the bugs were nesting in the same spot they were before. They would not give me a discount for the treatment. 30 days is NOT enough time to guarantee the bugs are gone and I strongly feel that they do this to scam you out of your money. I originally thought getting the situation taken care of through a smaller business would be best but I am very disappointed in how this was handled. I recommend finding a company with at least a years guarantee or you’ll likely be needing at least two treatments.

My property uses this company. They come in and leave a card saying that they sprayed the unit and then leave after a minute or two.

The Grove Apartments are using this company and I'm not sure who's fault it is but the pest are not being controlled.

If this guys service. is anything like his driving. No thanks.

This company is very unprofessional. The "manager" by the name of Shelly was very rude. The fact that I asked her a SIMPLE question about a check list (CROSS REFERENCE) she was very nasty. Do not do business with this company. I asked for someone over her and she refused to give information about her boss when all I needed was a question. WATCH OUT FOR SHELLY.

If you hire these folks keep an eye on them as they WILL cut corners, we contracted them to spray our apartments and after several months people started complaining about bugs again when I asked if they had told the pest control people when they came in, nobody had seen them. What they were doing was spraying just 2 or 3 apartments per building and charging us for spraying all of them.
