Jonathan was at my condo in less than an hour. The bat was still under my refrigerator and was captured and put in the bucket. Johnathan walked around my condo building and saw evidence of at least one colony if not more. He submitted an estimate which I will give to our property management company. I would recommend Alfa wildlife to family and friends. Johnathan was very professional and enjoyed working with him.

I had a variety of wildlife issues at my house and called Alpha Wildlife having the good fortune to reach an amazing gentleman by the name of Thomas who is a super nice, respectful as well as respectable man. Thomas and his guys, Garrett and Eric, got my issues resolved quickly. I could not have been more pleased.

Jonathan was great. We had mice at our lakehouse near Lexington, and I had to bring in a professional. I couldn't be more pleased.

No more squirrels, no more Raccoons, no more whack-a-mole! We had been battling intrusive squirrels for the last two plus years. My handy man and I waged a noble fight, closing off entry points when they were visible, getting temporary relief, then hearing the critters in the attic and sealing more entry points. The last go-round we repaired and sealed three entry points including one large opening where a soffit vent had been pulled off. Still, the invaders could be heard in the attic. So, I decided to call in the cavalry or better yet the special forces, Alpha Wildlife. I had talked to a couple of critter removal experts and they were knowledgeable enough but none offered a comprehensive plan that we could count on for the future (no more whack-a-mole). Finally, that’s what we got from Alpha Wildlife and Jonathan Rexford, Wildlife Control Operator. I requested an appointment for a free inspection (some people charge to look) from their website and Jonathan’s response was almost immediate. He came to the house the next day. With Jonathan’s thorough inspection, it turned out, our problem had evolved from squirrels to raccoons which explained the raucous scuttling we were hearing starting in the evening and on into the wee hours. Jonathan displayed a very good understanding of these critters and their habits. He recommended a “Complete Seal” of the house with drip edge installed on the entire roof, mesh over ridge vents, stucco reinforcement under eaves and a net over the attic fan vent where he found another entry point. The program includes an enzyme treatment to neutralize odors that could re-attract the critters. But before we sealed it, we needed to catch and remove the culprits. Jonathan set a trap on the roof near an old entry point the day I signed the contract and we had the big mama raccoon in the trap after the first night! Things were quiet for a day or so until two evenings later, there was fierce scratching over the kitchen and I could see a little claw reaching down through the soffit vent. I texted Jonathan and he was there within an hour to open up the soffit vent and put a ladder under it. He said it’s probably a baby/juvenile trying to get out since Mama was gone and we wanted him/her out not stuck and dead in our attic. He had barely pulled out of our driveway, when we watched a small raccoon tentatively negotiate his way down the ladder and I chased him/her away into the trees. From there, the polite and tidy workers from Alpha came back and finished the “Complete Seal”. Jonathan completed his final inspection, applied the enzyme treatment and we could not be happier. And the best part is the warranty, if the critters come back, so does Alpha, on them! Actually, the best part is peace of mind, better sleep and it’s all done humanely.

Lexington SC: Jonathan showed up the same day as my distress call. What we found were mice in my attic. Traps were immediately set and after an exterior inspection, his team sealed all exterior entrance areas where mice or any other unwanted guests could gain access. The whole team is professional and very courteous. Thank you, guys, for saving the day!

Great experience had 6 bats to come in the house one evening. They came out the next day determined the point of access and resolved issue so that they were not able to get in and kindly removed the bats back to the wild that I missed that were still in the house. Jonathan was punctual, polite, and professional. My wife ran up on a possum in our storage room. Jonathan took great care of us and the possum. The little fella was not harmed.

Jonathan was great with trying to help remove a snake from under our deck. He did everything he could to try to get it out safely even getting as far as he could under the deck. (Very low to the ground deck with barely any room for access by humans.) He responded quickly especially for early on a Saturday morning. He was very nice and willing to help however he could.

We had an unfortunate situation where a dead deer got caught in our neighbor’s fence right at the edge of our property. I called Alpha Wildlife, and Jonathan came out to help. He arrived promptly right after the call and handled an unpleasant job with total professionalism. We were expecting company later that day, and Jonathan managed to get the entire area completely cleaned up before our guests even arrived. The service was excellent from start to finish. We had a rat infestation in our attics and crawl space. Jonathan was amazing. He thoroughly explained the timeline and procedures of removing the rats and the sealing of the house to prevent further infestation. When he wasn’t at our house, he was always available to answer our questions and concerns. After eliminating the rats and sealing the house, new insulation was installed and his team left all the attics nice and clean. I highly recommend his services.

I called Alpha Wildlife on a Sunday morning for removal of a dead dog from under my mother's porch, not expecting anyone to answer. Well, they did answer, and I spoke with Jonathan. I explained to him the situation and he was on his way 15 minutes later, arriving at my mom's house in less than an hour after my call. He quickly removed the dead animal (it was bad shape) and was out of there in no time. He was very kind and understanding speaking with him on the phone and also dealing with my mom at her house. If I ever need this service again or any sort of wildlife removal, I know who I'm calling and the person I want to do it. I called another company first and they were going to charge 40% more and couldn't do it until the next day. Thanks, Jonathan, and Alpha Wildlife!

A squirrel chewed its way into our home through the gutters and “builder’s gap”. Jonathan came out, explained what happened. The offending squirrel even showed its face during the consultation and chittered as if it was paying the mortgage. Jonathan provided general knowledge about the animals that could find their way into our home & how. A trap was set and the squirrel captured. The team came out and repaired the eaves, ridge guard and drip edge. Jonathan came back to inspect the work done & have the team make sure everything was just right. We have a 12 month warranty on their work & can call if we hear or see anything suspicious for wildlife invasion. 😆 I would highly recommend Alpha Wildlife, a veteran owned business!!!

I had snake removed yesterday (5/16) and aside from the snake part, Alpha’s team came within 30 mins, removed the snake within 1 minute and was super kind and considerate throughout the process. I hope to never need them, but they are on speed dial just in case!

Johnathan remedied our squirrels in the attic issue. He was friendly professional and informative. It is such a relief to not hear them running around in the attic or chewing through our siding to nest. It wasn't cheap, but Im glad our isses are resolved and our structural problem areas were repaired. I would recommend Johnathan to anyone with wildlife issues! I had a few companies who seemed hesitant about dealing with squirrels even though they advertise that they do such as Clark's.

I was refinishing my deck and found a possum under the boards. Jonathan came out very quickly (on a Saturday too) safely removed the animal, and I was still able to complete my deck all in one day. 5 stars all around.

This company was hired in February 2026 . A worker came out to our home to get squirrels out of our house attic .. it’s now the month of April , with continuous phone calls to find out what is being done , other than a trap on our house roof and the squirrels are still running in and out of our home .. the fee that was charged was $3400 , and now we have had to call another company to fix this situation. My husband has called several times to get a refund from this company and we keep getting told that someone from the corporate office will call us back and we are requesting a refund, since after several months of this company not being able to complete the job that was contracted… we are very disappointed and we feel that we have been taken advantage of . We now have had to pay another company to get the squirrels out , which they got the job done within a week . Meanwhile, from February until the second week of April , we had wiring in the attic , chewed from the squirrels still being in our home from this company and our smoke detectors, thank god , started alarming. If I could give negative stars for this company , I wouldn’t recommend them at all .

Jonathan came out and did a thorough inspection. He explained everything to us, answered all our questions and gave us a quote while he was here. Would recommend this company.

Jonathan was excellent and has all the answers. We had squirrels in our attic building condos. We are free of critters and so very happy.
