I highly recommend this company! I have contacted them on several occasions and each time they have responded quickly and were very professional! I can’t thank them enough for their services!
Provider response
Thanks for the review. Unfortunately animals will pick the same house or property to invade. This is why we try to give the best solution to the existing problem when we are onsite. There are occasions where it can be different animals targeting different areas of the property. We hope that if this does occur ATW has done a good job previously, so that the customer will not hesitate to get us back out. Glad we could help once again.
Mike Toma
Did a great job for us. Kept us posted from start to finish.
Provider response
Thanks for the review. Keeping our customers updated and informed as the service is on going helps out both parties tremendously. We strive to be efficient as possible with each service we provide. Glad we were able to help.
Kelly Tanler
Highly recommend. Yannik has been out to our home several times and made sure any unwanted critters are removed and/or prevented from coming in. Responsive and professional.
Provider response
Thanks for the review. The warranty we give with any of our exclusion work is always what we check during a return visit. Animals typically do not get through our work. That's when we inspect for new damage to a property or new entry points that an animal may have created. This is another way ATW can help property owners to catch things early or to ensure everything is secure.

I thought I had rodents in the crawlspace. They came out, inspected and found a different cause for what I was hearing (cats!). I feel badly for calling them out (I have such a strong phobia of rodents that I couldn't go into the crawlspace alone), but they were very kind and didn't even charge.
Provider response
Thanks for the review. This is why ATW takes time to do a complete inspection and diagnoses for our customers. Noises are not always telling of what the issue is. The experience and training of our staff show up in situations like these. There are several things to take into account to come to the correct conclusion. If the diagnosis of the problem is incorrect. The removal and protection plan will not be effective.

We called All Things Wild as a squirrel had chewed its way into our attic! Yannik responded. Yannik was awesome. He was very nice and professional. He explained the process! I would highly recommend All Things Wild, They are reasonably priced, on time, and do great work!
Provider response
Thanks for the review. Its alway good to hear positive things about our crew when they are in the field. The system we teach is favorable for ATW and our customers when executed properly. This review is how we want each customer to view us throughout the service we provide.
Johnathan Green
All things Wilds employee Yannick was a Godsend for me, I was broke down on Leesburg rd and this gentleman stopped to make sure if I needed any assistance and helped me jump my car. It shows theres still some good people in this world.
Provider response
Thanks for the review. Yannik is a great asset for us here and this action isn't anything we can teach. We are lucky and blessed to have a great group of people here that would offer help to anyone in need.
Carter Martling
These guys are great…they come right out, keep you informed the whole time, and will come back out if a new problem comes up. They won’t fleece you on price either just because a squirrel found its way inside. Totally recommend.
Provider response
Thanks for the review. All the things mentioned are what we strive for daily. If we can check these boxes with every customer, it will separate us from other companies in this industry.
Joey Bowden
Very responsive team that is effective at pest removal. Friendly service!
Provider response
Thanks for the review. Being prompt for our customers is at the top of our service list for our customers. No one wants to live with a nuisance for an extended period of time. Building good relationships with our community is another priority for us as well.
Marvin Davis
Yannik and Samuel were awesome. Thanks to Scott and his team of hard workers. Always on time and very impressive. I highly recommend All Things Wild!!!
Provider response
Thanks for the review. We are fortunate to have experienced techs and staff here at ATW. This allows us to be able to focus on quality service instead of training new employees. We all know you can't teach experience.

I contacted All Things Wild based on a referral and they did not disappoint! Tim and Jason were awesome! They were professional, respectful of the property, and thorough in answering my questions. They sealed all of the crawlspace vents (including dryer vent), installed a new chimney cap and crawlspace door. I am pleased with the work and feel confident in the two-year warranty based on the communication exhibited throughout the process. I highly recommend them based on my experience with the company.
Provider response
Thanks for the review. There's a lot of steps that go into every service that we provide. Explaining it to our customers is a top priority, as well as completing each service with attention to all of the little details that separates us from other companies. Glad we gained your approval with the service we provided.
David McNeice
We had an owl trapped in a batting cage netting and Scott came out quickly and helped us get it released. Emergency service was completely quickly and the bird will be ok.
Provider response
Thanks for the review. Glad we could help get the Owl out without any injuries to us or the Owl. Owls are a protected species of bird. It's one of the services, we offer, to provide emergency calls asap when animals are trapped or in danger. This situation was an all around success.
Andrew Munekata

Great people and great work!!
Provider response
Thanks for the review. We know the amount of competition thats in this industry. That makes customer relations a priority for us. Building trust in our service and delivering on our commitments.
Joann Cooper
I absolutely love the professional, caring service I get from this company! They not only got rid of rodents but did it for a decent price 😁
Provider response
Thanks for the review. ATW makes customer service a priority for our customers. The stories we hear about other outfits is concerning to say the least. We do our best to stay on track and update the customer throughout the process. The outcome is the goal for both parties. This is our model for each job and service we provide.
Jessica Schoenherr
Cannot say enough wonderful things about All Things Wild! We had a rat problem and the guys came out within hours of our call, explained every step they were doing and why, spelled out a timeline, and got to work that day. They went out of their way to do quality work that looked good and matched our home. Their price was beyond reasonable compared to other companies in the area, and when it look longer than expected to catch all the pesky critters, Jason and Tim kept coming back until we were sure the issue was resolved. Added bonus that we now have a two year warranty on the work -- though they did such a thorough job, I doubt we will need it. Will recommend y'all forever, thank you!
Provider response
Thanks for the review. This is the definition of the service ATW continually tries to perform for all of our customers. From wildlife to pest control we are a full service company. Glad we could help and secure your home.
Carla Damron
They did a great job. Took care of our pesky squirrel problem in a humane way— and fixed roof to prevent future issues. Recommend!!
Provider response
Thanks for the review. In the spring time we get calls everyday for squirrels causing problems for homeowners. There are lots of areas on the roof that they can gain access. Sometimes it's obvious and others not so much. We try to be as humane, as we can, when dealing with any animal. Get them out and keep them out. That's our motto. Glad we could help.
Lisa Lochbaum
Highly recommend! I called several companies for a raccoon that chewed its way into my attic. The other companies quoted thousands of dollars to do preventative measures all over my house and wouldn't do just trapping, removal, and repair. But Yannik took care of my problem quickly and humanely for a fraction of the cost.
Provider response
Thanks for the review. We understand sometimes getting the full 100% exclusion service might not fit a homeowners budget. Although, it is what we always recommend it to ensure the problem doesn't reoccur, we do not want to leave people with an issue that can potentially cause huge problems if it is not addressed. Glad we could help you out.
John Swift
Prompt, professional attention to our issue of squirrels getting into attic/ subfloor area of our house.
Provider response
Thanks for the review. Squirrels can get into homes in several locations the way homes are built. Once inside squirrels can move through the house from top to bottom. Identifying the problem and these locations are key to solving the issue. ATW specializes in this work.
April Welborn
Great customer service and showed up right on time and was able to fix my problem quickly. I would definitely recommend!
Provider response
Thanks for the review. The immediate issue for a customer is to get the noises to stop so they can have some peace again. This is normally the top priority for ATW. Trying to get that process completed as quickly as possible for the customer. Working to complete the job in a timely manner as well.
dorothy mungo
Wonderful experience with All things Wild. Great guys to work with. Very professional and took care of the problem and did some preventative work as well. I Highly recommend them!!
Provider response
Thanks for the review. Getting the current problem solved is always the number one priority for our customers. The long term solution is the exclusion work on the property to prevent an issue from reoccurring in the future. Glad we could help.

Horrible customer service As an update: I am glad you look over your reviews. I am a legitimate individual who had a horrible experience with your company and I informed you that I would be giving you a Google review.
Provider response
Unfortunately not knowing who this person is or what service they are saying we didn't comply with is hard to say what the complaint really is about. We do our best to provide service to all of our customers. This complaint isn't valid enough for us to make a correction. Seems vindictive to complain without details. We will continue to do our best for our customers and provide the best service possible.
amanda visitacion
the owner scott is very rude, unprofessional, and horrible customer service. I was told that he doesn’t have to honor the contract that was signed regardless if the $1200 to “seal my foundation” was already paid. Obviously something is under my house because it ate thru a wifi cord. multiple times have i been told someone would come back out to check traps and never did. The owners excuse is that someone came and did a recheck but just didn’t notify me beforehand (trespassing) which regardless is not possible. Not only do i have two dogs that wouldn’t have allowed someone in my back yard, but i have a lock on my fence. So unless they became friends with my dog and hopped the fence, it wasn’t possible for them to have done a recheck. I would never recommend this service simply because of the owners unprofessionalism. I’ve now gotten the state involved in my issue since the owner blocked my number.
Provider response
Amanda is not telling any part of the truth. Number one I don't have a tech named Johnny. Number two she called the office complaining about our warranty. Amanda has no contract with us. She called for a reinspect which ATW sent out the technicians to do which is limited to and exclusively to the exclusion work that ATW completed. The techs reported all the work was 100% intact. She insisted something was in the house still so the techs set traps at no charge to see if anything had gotten in somewhere else. Amanda called again complaining that we had not checked the traps and I explained to her it was on the schedule for the next day and she immediately started screaming at Scott on and on. Scott then stated that that is not how you get a free service from a company. She continued to scream until Scott could not listen anymore and told her ATW was not the company for her. She then called 7 times in a row wanting to continue her rant at which Scott did not take part in. Screaming and verbal abuse is not part of any service that ATW will take part. This is her way to be vindictive towards ATW. Amanda has obviously not read the warranty on her service agreement which Scott asked her several times during the conversation. Amanda's response was screaming and yelling being verbally abusive. At this point ATW can refuse service which is stated on the service agreement as well. This call was on speaker for the office to hear as well.

Terrible paid $500 for mole removal, they never came back as promised! Just tried to yank more $$$ out of our pocket each time! Beware!!
Provider response
We explained how this service worked in the initial visit and the expectations of the service. We never say we can guarantee that another mole will never show up again after the treatments. This statement is false. For that charge it would have been at least 3 trips out. Furthermore this name does not appear in our system and seems like a slander attempt.

All Things Wild did a very shoddy job as it relates to rats. I would not hire them again. I had to get anther company to come redo many spots where they either missed something or did a poor job. stay away
Provider response
This job was 2 years ago. Things change on houses every year. I highly doubt you found several things we missed but everyone has there own opinion. We haven't heard from Mr Burnett since the reinspect anything we did and now two years later he has issues. Obviously we are not perfect but we do our best and have been for 10 years and counting. We also honor our warranty.

Regarding Tillie Colmery's review: clearly there is an issue with your response time and most importantly the lack of communication. She has stated that she could not get ahold of you for quite some time and there was uncertainty about the next steps involved in your process...even to the point of being unsure if you would even show back up again. Also...what's with the remark about squirrels returning? Didn't you do good enough of a job to keep them out? Please understand that your follow up remarks to an unsatisfied customer make you look bad.
Provider response
Mr Bergmeier you are not involved with this situation and do no not know the full scope of our process a d how squirrels will return to a house every year if they have been there. We closed one hole on the house and no the squirrel will not go through that spot but there are other spots it can. I stated the facts to this situation and if that's makes us look bad that's your opinion.I have all the information of how this transpired. Thanks for a negative review on something you are not informed on.
Tillie Bergmeier
This company seemed very knowledgeable about catching animals, but they have zero business skills. They need to hire a receptionist to answer phones and schedule appointments. They took 2 months to set the trap to catch squirrels and cover the hole. They never even caught a squirrel, so I have no idea why it took that long. I repeatedly contacted them with zero response. My husband who works 3rd shift even stayed awake all day when he was told the guys would come by, but they never showed up. I'm just glad they finally finished the job. They made me feel that I was inconveniencing them that they had to "swing by" my house to complete the work that I paid them $475 to do. After posting this review I received a scathing phone call from the owner telling me these are all lies and that they actually were giving me *extra* time to catch the squirrels. He also told me I clearly was not communicating with my husband and that my job was "not a priority" because I didn't have a live animal in my attic. He stated, "Mark my words, a squirrel will enter your attic this fall and I will not answer your call." He said since it was my husband who paid him and my husband who was there when they did the work that my opinion doesn't matter. He is actually incorrect, as I paid Bobby and I was present for both of the times Bobby worked on the house. He also stated that I have voided my 2 year warranty by making this Google review.
Provider response
These statements are not accurate. We gave the customer more trapping than we charged for to try to catch the squirrel that was in the attic during inspection. We removed the trap after extending our trapping session and closed the hole with hardware cloth because the wood around the problem is rotted and would not hold the screws. Tillie called and said she wanted metal on the wood and painted. My tech went back and tried to cover the area with metal and the screws would not hold. He took pictures and showed the GM for a solution.<br>We came up with a plan and my tech went back and Michael Colmery said it was not a good day to reschedule. We did and went back to pull the hardware cloth and installed the metal with paint. Also the Colmerys had only paid 100.00 dollars when we set the trap and began the job. We waited until the job was complete before they paid the remaining 375.00. She is not stating that we evicted the squirrel and closed the hole and gave them extended trapping for the price that was quoted. The house is squirrel free and closed.

All Things Wild came out and told me that I had mice and a raccoon under my house. It was $395 to seal my home and $425 to catch the mice and "dispose" of the raccoon. They said it would take 3 weeks and that they would set the traps and check them. It took closer to 6 weeks. Every time I called there was excuse after excuse as the other customer mentioned, "their lead guy quit", "it's the busiest time of the year" "its raining." When they set the traps they told us we had to check them daily. They came back to check the traps once the following week. Almost a month later I found that they did not seal all the holes I had in the crawlspace so I had to get them to come out and fix the remaining holes. They checked the traps while they were there for that. They had caught 3 mice. No raccoon to dispose of. When I was upset about all of this and tried to explain this to the manager, he said they cant help it if a raccoon doesnt show up. I get that. Im fine to pay for the traps and the labor, but Im not going to pay for the disposal of a raccoon that didnt show up. I sent a letter further explaining my frustration and asked for an itemized breakdown of the $425 for animal control. I explained that I would pay for the traps and the labor but I did not want to be charged for the disposal of the raccoon. I received a nasty phone call from the manager. He accused me of trying to get out of paying, telling me he cant give me a breakdown that "its called coming out and setting traps", and threatening a lawsuit. It seems to me that when you charge a customer for a service, you should be able to provide a breakdown of exactly what you are charging for. This is the most unprofessional "business" I have ever dealt with. If you want to pay $425 for some guys to come out and set traps, have them tell you to check those traps yourself, and in the end catch 3 mice and expect you to pay for the disposal of a raccoon that was never caught - this is your company.
Provider response
This is only part of the truth in this entire situation. We explained the process to the customers every inspection we do. We can not make animals show up at the property when we set traps. We diagnosed the problem and set traps. We did catch mice there but the signs never say its 1 or 3 or 20 but we catch what is there. We did have an employee quit on that truck but not the lead tech and I explained this myself which shows she is not listening to the explanation to the situation. The techs saw her husband and talked to him every time at the property and that wasn't communicated to her. The time frame we give is estimated and depends on weather, scheduling, and work load, we never guarantee anything like she is stating. We definitely can't guarantee we will catch anything. If animals are present we will get them. We only asked them to look at the raccoon trap daily so we can get there asap to remove it instead of it having to sit there with no food or water until our next scheduled stop. I explained all of this with Nicole two separate times and she still didn't pay the balance. I never threatened to have a lawsuit she again is twisting the conversation. The bottom line is we did all the work and then some to rid her from the problems at her property and that has been done. She agreed to the service when we inspected the property now doesn't want to pay. Not because of a breakdown the invoice she was given initially said it all and she had no problem until it was time to pay. WE have hundreds of satisfied customers and do the same process for all our customers. Unprofessional is agreeing to pay for a service and not paying when its complete but never once called and ask any of these questions while the job is going on.

Horrible service and expensive!!! Paid $600 for removal and service contract to guarantee work. All worthless !!! I strongly suggest call others for help.
Provider response
These are false statements. We took care of the problem when we were on the job in the time allotted. Squirrels chewed in his house at the back no where near the work we repaired. We only warranty our work not the entire house. We tried to explain that when we went back and reinspected the new problem he was screaming at my techs and threatening them. My tech called me immediately and I told them to leave.

If you want to hire a company that lies to you non-stop you -- hire this one. If you want to hire a company that you have to call multiple times with no response in return -- hire this one. If you want to hire a company that takes your money and promises they will "stand by their guarantee" but disappears into the night-- hire this one. If you want to hear excuse after excuse roll out from the manager about how they will call you next week -- hire this one: someone was sick, someone died, the truck was broken, the weather was bad, etc. Please know you have been forewarned.
Provider response
Its unfortunate that Mrs. Finney feels this way, We did have Two deaths in the company this year and have had avery hard time recovering from this. We also solved the issue with the bats, even went back and reinspected when she thought they came back. Also gave her a discount on the original price. Her warranty is still in place. We have had a lot of bad luck this year, but her problem was solved.
