Five Star Pest Control truly lives up to their name. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. I worked with Gloria and one of their techs, Calvin, and both of them were professional, friendly, and easy to communicate with. They showed up when they said they would, explained everything clearly, and their work was outstanding. You can tell they care about the quality of what they do. Their rates are affordable, and the positive energy they bring makes the whole process stress-free. I’m grateful for their service and highly recommend them to anyone who needs pest control done right.

Not impressed with service! Was scheduled to have first service on June 10th. It was pouring down rain so I texted the tech to ask if she was going to reschedule because it was pouring rain. She said she was on the way because it wasn't raining where she was. I asked to reschedule and sent a video of the live pouring rain. On June 22nd, I text to ask when she would be rescheduling and was told she would have to wait on her boss to reschedule "that area". Today I texted again to follow up. She said her boss would be rescheduling 6 to 8 weeks out and since I cancelled on June 10th, it would be Mid-July. After a little more conversation, she shared that she lives 2 hours away.

Doesnt communicate w clients. No one ever ever returns calls. Bad customer service

Fast, friendly, professional pest control. 5 Star Pest Control came out to my home with only one day notice! Extremely reasonable and sprayed both inside and out. I can not recommend this company enough and they do a military discount. Thank you 5 Star Pest Control!
