Viking service is always good. I always get a text message to alert me when the technician will be out to do my quarterly service, as well as text messages when the technician is on their way, and the technician always texts me to let me know when they'll arrive. Service technicians are friendly and efficient and the service is effective.

Helpful worker

Very responsive and able to schedule service calls quickly. Really appreciate that they stand behind their promise to come as often as it takes to alleviate any issue. Technicians provide detailed reports and call before arrival time to give notice.

They were prompt in their response. The treatment person was polite and professional. He answered all my questions. I highly recommend them to anyonewho has unwanted pests.

Waste of time and money - forced to pay $99 for their initial visit about a squirrel in my ceiling. The tech arrived, spent about 3-5 minutes squinting at the side and front of the house before saying he couldn't find any entry point, and maybe it was my neighbor's house that had been the problem. When I asked if he would be looking on the roof/higher on the house (to see things that I couldn't see with my own eyes, hence my calling them in the first place), he simply said that they "don't get on the roof" and left. Can't vouch for how they handle other pests, but if you have a rodent issue, don't let these guys scam you out of $100 - look elsewhere for help

The 2 guys that came first they couldn't get rid of the bees. But the 3 one that came Saturday the 11 th did a great job so far so good. Thank you

We had hornet nest on both sides of our house under the siding and we’re coming into the house thru our heating vents. We called on a Thursday explained we had contractor’s coming to re do the whole outside of our house on the following Tuesday. They said they could get there on Monday to take care of them. They came sprayed said it would take a little while but the powder would stick to the hornets and they would carry it back to the main hive with them killing the rest of the hornets. It has been 3 weeks now and still no hornets. Viking is a great company they came when they said they would did the job quickly answered all our questions and it worked. Thank you Viking

Viking pest control was called a second time to spray for bees at my resident and I must say they did a great job of spraying the second time they were out. Agent knew exactly what was to be done.

Excellent Service! We called and were scheduled an appointment. Bob came out to see what we needed and treated the outside of the building first. Then he scheduled an appointment to treat the inside of our fitness center. Not a bug in sight! Pricing included initial inspection & treatment, and we signed on for a quarterly contract. We had a horrible problem with yellow jackets and the other company we called and previously used couldnt come out until next week and I called Viking pest control. They came out same day and got rid of the problem. They have the best pricing around and they are fast and efficient. Thank you for coming out and helping us! I definitely recommend this company.
