I not worked with them personally but I have seen their trucks around our business complex frequently. I met Thomas the owner the other day and I have to say that he was a delightful person. Lemonade property services finished two home projects for us. One was to paint our kitchen cabinets and the other a bath renovation with removal of old tiles replaced with a new surround. Both projects were started and completely finished in the time quoted. We are extremely pleased with the results! Kitchen cabinets look awesome with the perfect color and very satisfied with the finished bathroom renovation! Renee was a pleasure to talk with to plan our projects. Excellent professional work crew working in our home. We are completely satisfied. We are requesting one more quote for our master bath. Lemonade, did our painting about a year ago and we have, HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS!!!!! FIRST, they chose the wrong COLOR! THEN THEY WERE HERE TO FIX SOME OTHER ISSUES BECAUSE THE PAINT WAS NOT STICKING! . LEMONADE TOLD US BECAUSE THEY DID NOT DO ANY PRIMER, AND THEY DID NOT CHOOSE THE RIGHT PAINT!!! Still an ongoing issue. Trying to make a claim, ..PAID OVER 12,000 UPFRONT FOR THIS! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY NOT RIGHT, NOR GOOD BUSINESS!!!!! And now they're saying, there's a friction!! When you told us YOUS DID NOT USE primer, or use the right paint, you can see in the photos. How is there friction on the molding? And on the walls, that have peeling paint!!!!!!! We should have went with CERTA PRO PAINTERS!

After putting it off for almost two years, I finally hired a professional to paint my home office, and I am beyond thrilled with that decision. Lemonade made their portion of our home renovation so much less daunting than I thought it would be ... and they were able to work with us on timing to ensure that other crews could come and go as needed to keep everything on track. Geoff and the Lemonade Team did a wonderful job with a recent painting project for us. From start to finish, the Team was timely, tidy and professional. They even scheduled a complimentary consultation with the paint supplier to make sure we picked the exact color we wanted. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out and we get many compliments on the space.

I have hired Lemonade for 3 different jobs now since 2021. They painted my house before I sold it. They painted my deck when I moved into my new house. And this week, they painted my living room, kitchen, cabinets, and dining room. They show a lot of care in the quote and planning process, they openly communicate, and the team is very nice, respectful, and talented! I will always choose Lemonade for any paint jobs!

Attached is an actual picture of one of the windows that they called "painted". It was supposedly sanded, primed, and 2 coats of paint. You can see that none of those things were done. There was one haphazard coat of paint. The original paint is still peeling (was not scraped and sanded). When I complained they told me this was all the better they could do. They did partially refund my money. None of the persons working at my house had prior exterior painting experience, not even the manager. She did not know what it glazing a window is. I am now in the position of having to find another painter to do the work correctly. The salesman was very helpful and considerate. The painters were inexperienced and did not care about the final results.

Everyone at Lemonade was fantastic! They were polite, professional, and a pleasure to work with. They were constantly in communication with us in regards to date/time changes, paperwork, and other items. We were extremely impressed with the communication. The work they did was fantastic, the concrete looks beautiful. We highly recommend Lemonade, and will be using them again in the future.

Tom and his company painted the interior of our home, which needed a significant update. They repaired, patched, and repainted the damaged areas, caulked and sealed the windows, trim, and baseboards before repainting. They cleaned up after a hard day's work and respected our home. Tom stayed within our budget while still providing quality work. Should we ever need painters again, we know who to call. See the before and after pictures below of just one of the rooms they did for us. WOW, what an improvement, we love it!!

We hired Tom to paint our master bedroom with vaulted ceiling. It was a job that we didn't want to leave in amateur hands. Tom was prompt, provided an immediate quote, answered all questions, and walked us through the process. Before the paint job we also asked if he could build a small 2 shelf wall nook for our electronic component since we also planned to mount a new TV. Tom was not only eager to assist but he scheduled follow ups to ensure the nook was completed before the paint job. Tom is personable and does amazing prompt work. We couldn't have asked for a better person to help improve our home.
