UPDATE: DO NOT USE EHRLICH PEST CONTROL THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!! I paid $560 for 2 homes to be done2xs ended up only having one home done it's been a month and I'm still waiting for a refund but it seems like everyone I speak with tells me a different story now they are telling Me I canceled service so I have to set up service again!!!! I'm done I want all my money back!!! I'll be calling back today!!! so now I can't even get the second round of servicing!!! WELL NO ONE HELAS YET TO CONTACT ME

We had a service for the 7 to 8 years. Now they have taken the flexibility away for scheduling. The technician can no longer schedule the next service, customer service can only schedule if you are in your month of service. To schedule outside your monthly time you need to wait to 48 hours before the appointment and you receive a text of the appointment day. Some people work and cannot take off work on a short notice. I even spoke to manager ant he set me up for an appointment on a holiday only

Very difficult to contact someone 24hrs with a pest emergency. I have been a customer for 10 years. Phoned at 5:50AM and was told they are experiencing higher than usual call volumes. Went through entire menu, rang twice and was dropped. Called back repeatedly, same thing occurred. Then survey came on as to how my call was handled. It wasn't even answered! When finally reached a gentleman, explained the yellow jackets swarming our back door. Said the earliest he could send someone out would b
