They came to treat for wasp issues, telling me that one treatment may not get them all and that if I still had issues 7-10 after the treatment that they would come back to re-treat for free. I called back at day 9 because I was seeing upwards of 15 wasps finding their way into my home daily; they then told me that it had to be 14 days minimum before they would treat again. When I tried to schedule treatment for day 15, they then told me that I couldn't even schedule the re-treat until after 14

I spoke to someone customer service regarding my bee problem, they said they were able to treat and prevent. When they arrived, I was supposed to be notified 1 hour prior, which I wasn’t. A Greenix employee came to my house at 9:00 last night and repeatedly pounded on my door. When I didn't answer, he opened the outside door and began to repeatedly pound on the inside door.
