Professional and easy to work with!

Austin Simmers is always awesome, every time he services my house. He always knocks and lets me know he is here (I work remote) and he always apologizes for making my dogs go crazy ha!! Super nice guy, respectful, professional, and tells me exactly what he is going to do while he is here. Fox Pest Control for the win, give Austin a high five and a raise!!

Isaias has excellent customer service!! He goes above and beyond to do his job well!!

We had a bee issue and Donny explained to us that they were cicada killers. He was very knowledgeable and explained their life cycle..

Bad Bald-Face Hornets guarding the mailbox and the side of the street where the dog-walkers walk. Their home was about 16-inches long and 12-inches in diameter.

Derian was here at 8:00 this morning. He took time to explain the company's aim and what he would be doing to help alleviate the ants in our kitchen area. After a thorouugh explanation he did the application of the material to remove the ants. We are very happy that we were refered to the Fox Pest Control company.

Donny was very friendly and explained the service he was providing. Very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns. I highly recommend Fox Pest Control!!!

Anthony Alexander always does a great job servicing our home! He is knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. We very much value the service he provides in keeping our home and property free of pests. Would highly recommend Anthony as a technician!

Noah did an excellent job! He knocked out two wasp nests, reloaded the bait for our mouse traps, treated the property for Bill Gates ticks, and sprayed both inside and outside for insects. He was courteous, thorough, professional, and made sure everything was taken care of. I really appreciate his hard work and attention to detail. Noah is welcome back anytime.

I’m tired of technicians not showing up! I was supposed to be the 1st customer of the day & finally got a call around noon from your technician stating he got held up at another appointment. That’s the same excuse I was given last week when your technician didn’t show up! I am very tempted to look into other companies!!! Your prices are constantly increasing & quite frankly, your customer service sucks!!!
