Integrated Bed Bug Removal

This company was able to eradicate the bed bugs in our Air BnB property. We had 3 other companies totaling 9 different treatments and they could not get rid of them. Kevin and Integrated Bed Bug Services did the job after one treatment. I will definitely use them again.

Realizing I had bedbugs was absolutely soul draining. As a single mom, with 3 kids and pets, I literally didnt know where to turn. A+++ service! Professional and DISCREET! No insignia on the vehicle, no one will know your house was treated! They say bedbugs are a nightmare, well not if you call this guy! Expert usage and placement of chemicals, my bedbug problem is NO MORE. My elderly mother has had no problems with any of the chemicals used in the house either. And as I said before, no one knows we had bedbugs. Best service, could not be happier!

Th anxiety that comes with discovering bed bugs entered your home is unreal. Pretty sure they came home in a suitcase and it was a literal nightmare for months of us trying to get rid of them on our own. Finally, I caved and decided that we could not do it alone and called integrated and from the first conversation, everything was AMAZING. Even though they are not related to being dirty, you feel so dirty when you are infested. He came out, gave us honest conversation regarding them and treatment. We chose to do the two treatment plan and I have zero regrets! Thank you so much for bringing my sanity back and not making me feel like it was something I could have prevented. Can not recommend them enough!

Me and my family were really stressed about discovering bed bugs in several rooms in our house. IBBR picked up the phone right away when we called at 11pm and were at my house the next morning with a set plan for fixing the problem. They fixed it right away and we haven't had the issue since. Kevin checked in with us numerous times after the job was done. Remarkably professional and courteous. You can't go wrong with this group if you're unfortunate enough to get bed bugs.

Service was excellent. I am completely free of any bugs. I did go with 2 treatments and have the canine check done to be 100 percent sure. It was an added expense but worth the piece of mind. The customer service was great. When this first happened I was very worried about having these pests in my home and the exterminator took the time to explain the process to me and let me know what steps I needed to take to successfully get rid of them. I work during the day so some of these calls were well after hours for them but they always responded. So would highly recommend.

We have been completely satisfied. The bugs were gone after the first treatment and they have stayed gone for over a month. Kevin was very responsive. He came the next day after I called.

Highly recommend Integrated Bed Bug Removal. Obviously, it’s extremely unsettling to find bed bugs in your home. Kevin came out ASAP, answered all questions, put us at ease, and got work. We chose the 2-treatment plan, and we haven’t seen any signs of bed bugs since the second treatment.

Kevin was amazing. I spoke to him a week ago about the possibility of having bedbugs. He answered all my questions. A week later I had another company come do a free inspection (Kevin wasn't a free inspection because of the distance I am from him). The company told me I didn't have bedbugs but wanted to charge me to treat anyhow. That evening I found the Hotspot for them and confirmed that we did in fact have them. I called Kevin the very next morning and he was so understanding of my frustration and embarrassment. He was able to get me in the same day for treatment. Treatment was only 2 days ago so I can not say for certain about how well treatment worked but so far so good. I give him 5 stars because he has been so understanding and accommodating to us in this horrible time. Please excuse me while I continue to try to put our lives back together. 5000 loads of linens through the dryer 😪 thanks Kevin.

I tried three different exterminators, all of which failed and I wasted a lot of money. When I called these guys they fixed the problem instantly, we're super nice and showed up right away. I would recommend them to anybody.
