I hired them in March 2024. I broke my foot and was out of work in May 2024 so I immediately called and asked to have my service suspended. Not only was the service not suspended but they came out twice after that without me notifying them to restart it or even telling me. So here it is October about 10 days after the last spray (June and September) and they charged me for 2 services AND RAN THE BUGS BACK IN by spraying outside only. They now claim I owe them $258 and now I have to find another

Customer service is definitely not the focus for this company. I enrolled in a plan with Spectrum several years ago. Not realizing the length of the contract, I somehow forfeited my contract. Upon calling again to reestablish my contract I was told that it would cost $300.00 per service when the usual cost is $99.00 for 3 visits. To maintain full disclosure I must say the services provided were very effective as far as pest control which is why I wanted to reestablish our working relationship,
