We’ve been getting our yard serviced for a long while from Kapps and are satisfied completely .

Kapps has been our lawn care provider for a number of years and we've been happy with the results. They service the lawn with attention and ensure complete coverage. We have pointed out trouble spots and they have taken extra care to achieve results. The staff have always been approachable and respectful and they have knowledge of the products they are using. I have recommended them to friends and neighbors (several neighbors have signed up already) and I would recommend them again.

Kapps does an excellent job at maintaining my lawn. The technicians are always polite and thorough.

Recieved my first service of the year. We Have a new Tech this year (Landon). He came to the door and introduced himself and informed us that he would be on the property to apply the crabgrass pre-emergence treatment.

The technician is excellent at this work and has a great communications skills. Excellent customer service in the office and in the field. And the treatments really work great.

Went on their website just to get an idea of pricing. Never selected anything and never went through it. Kapps has called me NINE TIMES in 4 days (including on a Sunday). Just absolutely psychotic to push that hard for a sale. This doesn't include the emails as well. Once or twice? Fine, I get it. 9 times in 4 days is outrageous.

Dont worry, they will fertilize your yard to death even if it hasnt rained in 30 days. If you want to chemical burn your lawn sign up for this service because they will ruin your yard immediately!!

I moved last summer and cancelled service at my previous address. They continued to treat the lawn and billed me several times. I've called, emailed, and submitted forms online - each time being assured that service was indeed cancelled and I would not longer be billed. Just received ANOTHER call about an outstanding balance from service this spring, and they had the audacity to see if I'd be willing to "split the charges 50/50". Needless to say, I went nuts. You can check out any time you'd like, but you can never leave...

Do not use this service. Weed control was not effective and they did a poor job of treating my entire lawn. The technician would make two passes through the yard and didn't reach the edges where treatment was needed the most. Also, they applied their chemicals during the high heat of summer and caused my lawn to burn out much quicker than it normally would have.

We used Kapp's for roughly 3 years, first 2 year were great, we even got all our neighbors to use them because they transformed our yard so nicely. This year was terrible, they killed our grass everywhere and half the yard they were to treat was left untreated half the time. Sad to see this company has gone down hill. We canceled and would not recommend and now have to plant new grass. After this review posted they responded for me to reach out which I did through email and still yet to have heard anything.

My husband and I have been with Kapp's Green Lawn for three years. This summer was a nightmare. The new worker spilled too much chemicals on a section of our grass, my husband witnessed him doing it. We reached out to Kapp's Green Lawn twice. The first time they wanted us to pay them additional fees, for treatment, they caused. The worker came again, he was very confrontational and mentioned our complaint to his company. He was rude, and not accommodating at all. We will never use Kapp's Green Lawn again. They're only interested in the money.

This is what my yard looks like after a few years of service👎🏼. Had many service calls out to spray crab grass and has done nothing! Very disappointed.

They use a large machine and were at my house about two minutes. Unless you're home to watch over, they don't do any areas that aren't easily reached by the big machine. My yard looked much better when I did it myself. If your yard is all accessible by their machine, could work out.

I started using their service because of a neighborhood yard who used their service and their yard looked good. After 2 years of service my yard did not look any better. Then our yard started getting brown patches. We thatched our front yard and the brown patches came up like a carpet. We found that we had grubs. Kapps had just treated our lawn a couple days earlier. I called them and told them we had grubs and asked why their worker did not notice the problem. They are our service provider and we had to tell them we had grubs. Cancelled our service, not a company that I want maintaining my lawn. We now have the worst lawn in the neighborhood.

It’s hard to describe how disappointed I am with this service. When they started treating the lawn I had a dandelion problem, after 2 months of service I have all kinds of weeds taking over the lawn. When I contracted for service they told me that if weeds reappeared to call and they would take care of it. I called to ask that they retreat the lawn for weeds (on a Thursday) and they explained that my regular service was scheduled for Monday or Tuesday, when no one came on Tuesday they explained that I was not going to get service until some time in the next week, she couldn’t even tell me when...except that someone would call me the day before. There may be some improvement in the lawn .... but the weeds have gone mad ... and that’s the reason I hired them.
