Sales team mislead the customer and you end up paying more than expected. They have recorded customer's commitments recorded so you won't be able to cancel before your term ends. If you try, you will end up paying 80% of the cost for the service that you want to cancel. But the salesman's commitment is not recorded, so there is no "evidence" of their misleading.
