He takes the time to answer questions, explains everything clearly, and always provides outstanding service with a friendly, professional attitude. Nearly every time we scheduled an appointment (2 hour window for each appointment), either my wife or I would stay home from work to wait for the technician, Terrence. Nearly every time we scheduled an appointment, we would get a call hours after the scheduled time and we were told how busy he was and could not make it as if we were not already aware that he was not coming. The final time he cancelled and rescheduled an appointment, he showed up hours late (more work missed) without the tools he told us he would bring for our specific issue.

I cannot recommend Dale enough, he is so understanding, professional, and kind. We were worried we had some kind of bug and he did his inspection and educated us during the process. He gave us a quote and it was extremely reasonable. We are lucky and haven’t had any bugs but if they come back we will be ready for them all thanks to Dale

The initial treatment they did on my house was not effective. I called them about attempting a follow-up treatment and they have been totally unresponsive. As an update, after that review they did respond and did a followup treatment which seems to have worked. I will follow up after the quarterly treatments.

My mother-in-law had a huge bees nest that was right by her front door and she kept getting stung. I called Rob at Pasco professional services. They came right out and were able to remove it. I called and spoke Lindsay for help with lantern flies. Lindsay was great! She had an agreement over to me and had me scheduled so quickly! Shawn was my technician and he was polite and professional. He took care of the lantern flies all over my house. Will definitely use again!

Could not recommend Pestco Professional Services enough. While I did not have a pest issue, Kurt was extremely helpful in answering any questions that I had whether by phone or text. Additionally, Kurt and his team provided monthly treatments to allow for me to have piece of mind knowing that any potential pests would be removed from the outside before they have a chance to enter.
