Great company!

We have used this company twice now, once at each of our houses. At the first house, I explained to the tech what I was seeing and the areas I thought were of concern. He walked the house and property and then got right to work. He put out poison through out the house and traps around the perimeter. Once he was done he gave a through explanation of where everything was and explained roughly how long it should take to see results. Did I mention that there was no push for a monthly contract. When I called to schedule for our other home, I was surprised when the tech that had come to my house was the same person who answered the phone. On top of that he even remembered having worked at our other house. I then found it nice that he was the same tech that came out and took care of our second house. They do a great job and are truly professionals. 10 out of 10 stars for them. I would gladly use them in the future for my pest/rodent control needs.

Absolutely impressed with the service, the turn around time and just the overall experience. I called, Mark got me scheduled for the very next day (could of been same day but I wasn't available) and then Liam called before he came to let me know when he was arriving. Liam was very knowledgeable, quick, and really eased my uneasiness regarding the ants. I'm truly impressed with the company and will always highly recommend you guys! Thank you again, I can't say it enough! So glad to get rid of the pesky ants 😁 I appreciate the time, reliable, and customer service attitude that this company has. Thank you both!

We have been using Willamette Pest Control for two years. The rodent problem has been eliminated. This company is efficient and professional to work with. They are quick to respond and were able to treat the box elder and stink bugs. They come out once a quarter and keep us pest free! My mother also uses Willamette Pest Control.

Run away from this service. They have not taken care of my issue and ignore my calls after third visit. I wasted my dollars and had to call a different service to take care of the rodents I had in my house.

Willamette Pest Control is the best pest control company I have ever dealt with! They do preventative care that has worked wonders on reducing the wasps and mud dobbers around my property. Chris is professional, dependable and extremely knowledgeable! I highly recommend Willamette Pest Control!

I was very nervous about having pesticides sprayed in my home but Chris was great and answered all my questions. He really took the time to explain the process to me and to make sure I was well informed and felt comfortable. He did a great job and I'll definitely be giving him a call if I need anything in the future.

Willamette Pest Control Sir now you are getting ridiculous. You don’t even know where was treated. I agree you refunded the money. You didn’t know what was going on with your business and had employees running it badly. You called multiple times asking me to change my review, which I did. We do own this property as a multigenerational property with two homes on it. No home was treated, it was a tree in a field. You also should not be posting about a clients personal living situation on the internet. Sir you are creating your own reputation now.

Willamette Pest Control is THE BEST! Mark is so easy to work with, and very professional. We have used his company 3 times now and have been very satisfied with all results. We will call him again in the spring. The prices are competitive, and there is absolutely no pressure for long term contracts, which I appreciate. Thank you Mark!

Requested an online quote 7:00 Saturday morning. Mark called at 810 with a quote and an appointment window of 4-430 THAT SAME DAY! He showed up at 3:45. In less than an hour, our house appeared to be bug free, however less than a week later they were back. I texted Mark and he seemed surprised and offered to retreat for the cost of the chemicals. Since we had already paid close to $200, and it hadn’t solved our problem, we weren’t comfortable paying more money for perhaps the same outcome.

Bee guy "came out twice to spray." Bees never left and they won't refund or make it right. Beware cheap isn't cheap if you have to pay twice. Read my other reviews all over the internet. Do not trust these people. Take the other reviews with a grain of salt. This company is the only company they have ever reviewed. I would guess they are family and friends of the business owner.
