I have found that in the various service businesses it is the people that set one apart from another. I called Joshua at High Five Pest Control this morning and explained my problem. Three hours later he was at our door (I was lucky his schedule allowed for that today) and checking out our premises. He found things I had not seen or noticed and zeroed in on the problem. He built a plan of action and performed the initial work. He is very personable and knowledgeable and I look forward to working with him. His communication is exceptional. Prompt compete service. High Five took down a wasp nest for me. I was also allowed to sign up for quarterly service with no contract. The spraying worked well and I had I had a reduction of spiders and other pests. I would recommend Joshua's services to any one.

Joshua with High Five Pest Control has been amazing. He was quick to respond and offered me services at a reasonable price after I had been quoted from other companies astronomically high. He came out within the week to start service to get rid of my rat problem. He showed care and concern for my pets ensuring they would not be at risk with baiting for rats. He has been timely with all our services! So happy I went with this company! I would recommend 10/10!

We’ve had the pleasure of working with Josh since we bought our house in Fall of 2022. He is on time, communicates very well, great attention to details, and his pricing is great. You get a lot for the price he charges. I’d encourage doing the yearly plan as it has a fixed rate and will do follow up work if you need it. Highly recommend!

We are 100% satisfied with our service from High Five! We signed up for the subscription because we have had a MAJOR ant problem since we moved into this house. We have little kids and pets but we were surprised that it was not an issue at all! Josh was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. After asking us some questions, he quickly and clearly laid out a plan to evict our unwelcome little scavengers. He went around the inside and outside of the house to do his thing and then followed up a few times to see how things had been improving. I haven't seen ants in the house since!
