Not a fan - Colt spent maybe 20 minutes here and told me the same thing I was told in previous visit - talked more about driving thru blood(?) on the highway than looking at my mouse issue I was considering the exclusion package but not after his visit

Surely they didn’t complete services but forced me into paying their fee. Their technician absolutely sucks and sprays the ant stuff all over my cabinets and it did NOTHING. More worried about locking in a fee them solving the problem for the customer. When I first had them come out letter them know there is something on my room the guy was “guessing” the issue and wouldn’t actually go look. For what reason? I’d give a lucky guess but it wouldn’t be a nice one.

We were looking for pest control and we found this place read the reviews thought it was a great place my wife set up the service they came out and we were told one price and then they want to charge us an astronomical price and we canceled the service and they didn't even go in the crawl space not very happy.

It's crazy what ants coming in every orifice of the house can do to your mental and emotional being. I honestly thought I was gonna lose my mind because they would not stop. I had just been talking to my husband about how we need to find a pest control because I had had enough. And not 2 days later, Pointe Pest Control came to my door and I looked at my husband and I said, "it is a sign from above!" It was a little Rocky at first. But they told us it probably would be, it wasn't an immediate fix, but it's been 3 years now and for the most part, I am pest free. Every now and again they will come in sometimes for a couple days. I just have to call them, and they'll come spray inside my house for me, but it's nothing like it was. Thank you so much. Pointe Pest Control. I don't know what I would have done without you!
