Parker was GREAT. Hands down the best pest control guy I’ve ever dealt with. Super nice and friendly and he got the job done. Parker came out to deal with our mouse issue but also treated for other pests like spiders while he was here. He was honest and made the process super easy. Definitely recommend working with Insight and their techs, great business!

Jake did a wonderful job. He checked for rodent activity, sprayed around the house. Deployed ant traps, got any spider webs, and was very curious, professional and knowledgeable.

Insight - Solar E. was notified that we still had rodents at our Morningside Manor, they said they couldn't access the bait stations. We discovered that there was not enough bait stations for the apt complex, and the bait in there is old & molded. When we tried to cancel them, the did not respond, and instead charged us for another quarter of service even though we notified them of canceling. They have been non responsive.

Technicians were nice and professional, but price was awful and it didn’t work. That is the worst part. I have a small house- less than 1300 sq ft. It was $500 for one month (their minimum charge) and they only wanted to come out twice after the initial service. The only way I got the service calls needed was to point out my contract said they’d come out for 30 days or until the pests were gone. The alternative? They’d be happy to sign me up for their “maintenance” plan at $75 a month. That gets you one service call every three months. I don’t know what the dead rodents are supposed to go during those three months while you wait for the pest control company to come back. I passed on that rip-off deal. Now I’m out $500, still have rats, and they insist they honored their contract because it’s been 30 days. When I pointed out the rodents aren’t gone, they said the only way they guarantee anything is if you sign up with them all year long. So, even though they will sell you a month/aka single service package, there’s no guarantee in spite of what I was told. What a waste. The other bad part? They left their traps, full of dead rodents, all over my crawl space and attic, and I had to go around and collect them. Shudder. I could have done that myself for free. So disappointing and frustrating. *update* Still terrible customer service. I called the number in their “let’s us make it right” response to my review. The manager I spoke to had no idea what was going on, put me on hold and then came back with an offer to reduce the monthly rate for their service. Really? After all that you want MORE of my money? I don’t think so.

Beware this company and Noah in particular. Insight Pest Control charged us $300 to establish a contract that left us with no provided services, and simply was meant to keep us from getting our money back when the company broke our trust. Upon initial inspection it was clear that there would need to be a two week follow up. Despite the tech's assurance that we'd be contacted to make a follow up appointment, no contact was made to us. We called several days later to hold Insight to their promise, and received an appointment date and time slot. The morning of the appointment, over 6 hours prior to the beginning of the appointment time slot, there was a knock at our door. We weren't expecting anyone, so for our safety, we didn't answer the door. After a couple minutes, the stranger left our front porch. The stranger then proceeded to our side gate and entered our backyard. Alarmed by this, I confronted this man who had no permission to open and enter onto our gated property. It was at this time the stranger identified themselves as an Insight employee. I asked him to leave as he had not received permission to enter our property at any time he desired. He indicated that the company didn't provide him with our appointment time slot info, and he was simply directed to arrive and enter our property that day. We called to speak to an Insight office representative to express our disappointment and desire to terminate our contract. We were told by Noah, that Insight is contractually allowed to enter our property anytime to render services. Anytime? Yes, anytime. Noah also established that they can either send a technician back out, or not, but they will not be providing a refund. We asked about a partial refund. Noah said no, and that they have people to deal with with people like us. Noah went on to brag about how wide their reach is, how many clients they have and where, and how their clients are not normally bothered by Insight techs coming onto their properties without an established time slot. Apparently the time slot was them being "accommodating" to us as they like to enter properties without establishing what time. Yet they didn't actually accommodate us as they didn't mean to ever honor the time slot and simply come when they so felt like it. We explained that we found this behavior and policies unacceptable and would not wish to ever have any Insight employees back on our property. Had we known that our privacy and closed gates were irrelevant to Insight, we'd have never signed anything. None of this was indicated on the contract. After trying to obtain a partial refund through our credit card company, Insight simply referenced the contract and said we denied them the opportunity to render services. And so they successfully obtained our $300, and our pest problems were never resolved. In fact, our plumbers discovered many holes under our house where rats and mice were entering and despite Insight claiming to cover these holes at the first appointment, They Did Not. So in my experience, this company is not acting in good faith and doesn't wish to resolve issues of trust. As Noah said, they have enough clients and enough lawyers to do what they wish and not face consequences for what they referred to as a "clerical error". All Insight had to do was call us the morning of the appointment and ask permission to move the appointment up. Just a small act of respectful communication would have made us feel comfortable with the change, but that was not done, nor would Insight acknowledge that the trespassing is a breach of trust. Nor would they because taking advantage of us was and still appears to be cost effective. Beware those who think they are powerful enough to treat you and your property disrespectfully and still be entitled to your money. We don't have the power to do anything except share our story and hope you find a different company that wouldn't do this to you. Noah, your callous entitled behavior is still abhorrent. Insight higher ups must be proud.

I can say that I noticed a reduction in the amount of roaches I see however It's my sister who spends most of the time in the house and she disagrees with me. My issue with this company is that After paying the monthly charge one time with my debit card, They charged my debit card The following month Without permission causing an overdraft with a 35.00 fee. The money was returned (minus the fee) And I was told That my card would be removed from auto-pay which I was pleased With Even though I never agreed to an autopay in the first place. A few days later my sister and I decided we were unhappy with the service we were getting and so we canceled it. So I was very upset to learn they again charged and overdrafts my account the following month again without permission. I was told I would recieve my money with compensation for my overdraft fee this time and it has been nearly 2 months with no return. I've spoken with mutiple people and still have not had a penny returned. I was told that a somebody was going to come talk to us about improving the quality of service we had received due to the previous appointments being as little as 19 minutes equaling a few sprays upstairs and nowhere else in a two level 4 bedroom house. But nobody showed up for that appointment from what my sister tells me because I was working and yet I received an email showing a number of services were done. None of which took place. I'm very angry and I've left messages more than once and still no response. I'm considering filing a lawsuit against this company. If my issue is not rectified soon.

Your scheduled appointments are not being honored by the staff in the office. The service technicians show up at your property several hours before your appointments and call you when you are not home, because the office changed your appointment from 4pm to 11am without homeowner’s permission continuously even after the identical previous mistake. Calling an hour ahead doesn’t work when the appointment was for inside the property unless you are expecting the customer to get off our work on emergency leave. This all could be avoided WHEN your appointment time is honored.

The Sales rep lied, said all of the neighbors were going to use this service therefore we get a group discount. That is not what happened when I cancelled. The Rep said they would fix and make the vents under the house secure, the worker shows up and says " no on that one we wont fix, get some spray foam." Then they said they would fix 4, are 8 altogether. The Rep said a city employee called, nope the city said they don't do that. They were glorified spider killers. I cancelled because the first appointment was suppose to be about rodents, not worried about spiders. The first appointment was suppose to be about fix the vents, and checking for infestation under the house. He said he crawled all underneath the house, nope. I know what that takes and what that looks like, coveralls go on, when you come out you are dirty with cobwebs in your hair. They said to cancel you will have to pay another 150.00. Thats $300 for one hour of work. What a scam, feel they took advantage of the fact I am a single women. Call anyone else but them, they lie very easily.

This place is a total scam I would give it negative review if I could. They do absolutely nothing and charge way way too much. They get you by saying the first charge is $75 which is an average price but if you don't use them again they claim that the first initial cost would have been $300. That would be completely ridiculous for the 10 min. of work the guy did. And It had no effect what so ever!! still had spiders everywhere still had wasps nests!! Did Nothing!! TOTAL SCAM!! STAY AWAY!!
The sales rep that came to my house specifically said that there was no cancellation fee if we were unhappy with our first service as long as we cancelled before the first payment. I called to cancel since we were not happy and the manager on duty at noon on 8/12 tried to charge us a cancellation fee. I explained what the sales rep said and the manager admitted that he "did not fully explain things to get a sale but it put her in a bad position". She continued to argue and was extremely rude. Do not trust this company. They do not follow through with their customer calls and their product does not work.

A young man named Josh in Eugene Oregon, knocking on doors to get people to sign up for service on August 24th was extremely rude and very disrespectful. If these are the people who work for you I will stick with on-point pest control, they are service oriented and professional.
