Nate was friendly and thorough. After introducing himself he advised what process he was going to do first, and then updated me through out the process as to what he was going to do next. Nate arrived with a smile on his face and was very friendly and easy to talk to and I felt comfortable asking questions as needed.

Brandon arrived promptly and was very pleasant and professional. He did an outdoor inspection and clearly explained what the plan would be if I elected to go ahead with the offered service. I am moving ahead with the service and appreciated Brandon's assessment and information. There was no pressure to agree to service, just clear and understandable information, answering all of my questions. Thanks, Brandon!

Jessie is professional, responsive, kind and very knowledgeable about ants! He is thoughtful about how things are working and extremely persistent!! When treatments don't work as well as he expects, he always has a careful analysis of what he sees and then a plan to do something more/different that makes complete sense. Thanks to Jessie and Leupitz, I think my ant problem will finally be solved!:)

Leupitz was very responsive and listened when I let them know my issues. They came up with a plan and were very thorough. I can call if I see any activity and it’s including in the price. They are also very sweet with your pets and make sure they are not exposed to pesticides.

Always through and informative

I had those dreaded ants that everyone gets, and turned to Leupits after trying everything on my own. Finally, the ants are gone. They were also very careful with my cat and her kittens. Nothing used would be harmful to them. They also stopped the regular takeover of my porch by wasps, and are very quick to respond When I saw a flea, I called to ask what to do. They sent out my tech and he treated the home and yard. All fleas were gone. I also use the prescription flea treatment for my cats from their vet, so it's nice to be flea free again. 1/27/2026– Nathan arrived to help with a large-colony ant problem that had moved indoors, including looking for aphids & their droppings on our plants. He was friendly, on-time, very kind, very professional, answered all my questions, and sprayed (safely for animals) to take care of issue for now… He’ll back in the summer to kill the colony. He even took a few minutes to pet our cats that rushed him at the door! I’m grateful that we got scheduled so quickly as well. Big thanks all around. A+ !

Leupez Pet Control has been providing rodent extermination services for serval years. The rodents in our barn have been eliminated. I recommend their services highly.

We have been customers for about a year or so. I really appreciate the company and the technicians. Our technician is Jessie, he is always prompt, professional and friendly. He genuinely cares about doing a good job and making sure our pest issues are dealt with. We will be customers of Leupitz for foreseeable future and would highly recommend their services.

Ruined my entire herb garden with unsafe chemicals I am absolutely devastated and furious. The technician from this company sprayed my entire herb garden — including rosemary, parsley, thyme, sage, and scallions — with a toxic chemical called Demand, which is not safe for edible plants. Because of their negligence, I now have to throw away all my herbs, the contaminated potting soil, and start completely from scratch, which will be very expensive and time-consuming. No one warned me or asked before spraying near my edible plants. This level of carelessness is unacceptable and shows zero attention to detail or respect for the customer’s property. If you have a garden or grow any food at home, do not trust this company to treat your space safely. Find someone who knows the difference between ornamental landscaping and edible plants. UPDATE: After having resolved the situation with the leupitz front office person, a 24 hour notice was posted on my door, without being given any reasoning, stating leupitz would be inspecting the property. After the notice but before the visit by leupitz, the owner of the company called me and asked for “evidence of the allegations” and repeatedly implied we were lying while offering nothing to make things right. Apparently my word alone was not enough. The strangest part is that we had resolved the situation by moving where we will plant our herbs, their office is aware of this. He did not care until we posted 1 star reviews, he mentioned this in the call we had. In the end I asked for the visit to be cancelled so I would not have to miss work and take a second hit from Leupitz.

My apartment complex management company (SMI) changed from PDX to Leupitz Pest Control because PDX Pest wasn't giving them the "answers" they were "looking for". Luepitz apparently sent an extremely inexperienced associate to inspect our house. We were left with zero answers and now scheduled with the 5th treatment to our apartment. No nests were found but we are continuously told we are the problem with Leupitz blaming houseplants for the Roach infestation. We look forward to the joke of a company such as Leupitz treating our "untreatable" apartment. Edit: As I stated before, you never treated my apartment, I stated I was "looking forward" to you treating it. You sent an unprofessional, untrained employee to handle your business and we don't appreciate it.

Unprofessional: the guy came in smelling like he’s been smoking all day and I have ASTHMA. He came in with no booties at first. I looked at his muddy wet shoes and gave him a look, and then he said he would go back and put on booties after he had stepped into my room with muddy shoes (rainy Oregon day). He asked me where the traps were which I didn’t know cause I was not here when they placed them (and they’re neglected to tell me anything about where the traps were when the placed them) He brought a huge ladder that barely fit and scratched the walls and he left and almost knocked over my dining set. Dust flew all over my rug as he checked the traps and he didn’t even clean that. He said he would check the traps outside. I asked them where they were and he said “I don’t know…I didn’t place them” So like how do you plan on doing your job when you don’t even know where the traps are: Incompetent and unprofessional. And stop smoking on the job. Some of care about our lungs. And don’t want to smell that nor bring that into our house. He also failed to give our apartments 24 hour notice. I guess he was planning to just show up in come into my unit while I wasn’t even home. Good thing I was home.

We do not have, and to my knowledge we never have had, any pests other than ants. In spite of the treatment by Leupitz, we still have the ants. All they offer are some Taro ant traps for use inside the house. For that we are paying $476.00 per year. We are done.

Trevor came out and inspected my crawl space and suggested some quarterly spraying to remedy my “problem. He will fix a vent as well. Very impressed with his professionalism

Didn't return calls

Leupitz Pest Control is great!! They helped control the rodents that were getting into my house/basement.. I will continue to use there service. Greatly appreciate their on time service.. Jeff is awesome and knows exactly what needs to be done to get rid of the pests..
