Excellent service. We will be a life long customer. I recommend using this bug service for anyone who needs a recommendation.

Whoever was driving this company vehicle almost caused multiple accidents in the short time I was following AFTER being pulled right out in front of. I’ll include pictures. But this person should not be representing a business if they’re going to be driving recklessly around town. Now I know who never to use for this kind of service because that was just unprofessional as it can get. Thanks for the heads up, and anyone reading this just remember this, there are dangerous people behind the wheel working for this company. As you can see, I was pulled out in front of going 45mph to a near dead stop, and then the person driving began swerving across solid yellow lines, almost like they were intoxicated. Called the police and let them know. Just couldn’t ever imagine driving this way in a company branded vehicle. Shame on this company for employing the driver. Gonna be a big liability when they inevitably crash someone and it’s their fault. Insurance is gonna go up. Think about that the next time you’re driving your company’s vehicle.

Super service! Always a notice of service a couple days ahead with ability to text back if the day does not work. The service tech that has been coming is awesome--always professional, polite and listens to any areas of concern that might need additional attention.

ONIX Pest Control has come out multiple times to our place over the last two years or so. They show up when they say they’re going to, super respectful, always clean around the exterior of the house for spiderwebs, and are thorough when treating our property for bugs. Definitely trust and would highly recommend.

ONIX keeps our home bug and rodent free. With scheduled maintenance, our house has been free of rats, ants, and spiders. When we had a fly problem, they came out and found the problem and fixed it. I have other animals, and their products are eco-friendly and mammal friendly.

AMAZING SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM!

Very professional and courteous. We have had The Bug Buddies services since we moved into our house. When we first moved in we had tons and tons of flies, gnats, and spiders. After the first service we noticed a significant decrease. Since then we have not had ANY problems with bugs in and around our house. In addition, they set up a rat poison box that looks inconspicuous and out of the way. They checked it on our last service and sure enough, there were bites taken! We are so thankful for the service provided by The Bug Buddies. We give them the highest recommendation!
