Ed came to treat my hundreds of black ants in my bathroom for three months . Ed said they’re actually called ‘Piss Ants ‘…who knew it was a real thing ! He was very kind and respectful . Thanks AAA Thank you….

I hear they do a great job, but I wouldn't know as I haven't heard back from them after nearly a month.

They helped me get rid of rodents under the house, sealed up where they were coming in, and treat every other month bait stations around the property to keep the rodents under control. Have fields and blackberries on 3 sides of our property. Good company,

We were very impressed by AAA Pest Exterminators. They were knowledgeable, prompt, and thorough. Their tech showed up on time, located the hive in our attic, removed the nest and took several photos to show us what he had done. Moreover they did exactly as promise and they did not try to sell us an unnecessary monthly service. We hope we never have any additional use for pest control but if we do we will certainly call on AAA again.

Ed and Jose were very punctual and professional. Ed explained what he found and what service he performed. They were both very thorough. The office staff have been very helpful when I've needed to contact them. I would recommend to family and friends.

They didn’t find the obvious source of the rat entry and clearly placed feces where it wasn’t prior to their “inspection”. They should not be trusted.

I do not recommend this company! We started out using them early on and everything was fine, but then I somehow automatically was put on a quarterly schedule. Ok, fine, but then the service person kept coming out when no one was home and only treating the exterior of my home. I was now not able to choose the date of service as they had decided on a date to come out and treat my home. Unfortunately I was not always available on that predetermined date. AAA expected for me to pay full price even though they had only done half the job. When I asked for them to come and do the inside they wanted to charge me another fee. I paid them the few times they only came and did the outside until the final time when I said I would not pay unless they did the inside as well. Now they have sent me to a collection agency for not paying them. You would do better with another extermination company if have options.
