Last year we had some stubborn ants, I called Prime after their regular appointment and they came back and equipped me with extra ant traps and they sprayed again. Thanks Prime!

I paid for four traps $70 a month. Your guy only had three. I thought he was gonna bring the fourth one is still not out there.

We did not want pest control help, and had a no soliciting sign right above the doorbell that Carlos (the sales rep) clearly saw when he rang the doorbell and knocked... I have respect for door to door salesmen as it is not an easy job, however please respect people's request to not solicit... After not answering for almost 5 minutes he was squatted/sitting at our entry way, so I opened the door and mentioned politely that we are not interested. They persisted to fight through the polite no thanks, until I had to say no a bit more sternly. I made it clear from the beginning we were not interested and this should not have happened from the beginning had they respected our sign. Was very persistent and disrespectful of my time.

I had a terrible experience with this business. I called multiple times, and the owner was incredibly rude and unhelpful. To make matters worse, I found it almost impossible to locate online since it doesn’t show up on Siri or Alexa. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for good service.

None of the spider webs were removed around the doors. Cats water bowl was not even moved from the wall that was sprayed

They do a good job, but today they left a back gate open. If we don't see that one of our pets can get out!!!

They ignore no soliciting signs and knock on your door anyway. Don't trust a company that chooses not to respect a simple request.

Sales guy was good. Technician was so-so. As usual, technician didn't know anywhere near as much as the sales guy said he would. Overall, I probably wouldn't sign up again.

Prime Pest Solutions sent their route manager to our home at 11am on a Tuesday. We do not have a pest problem and didn’t want or need any of their services. The route manager was asked to leave several times. It was explained to me at the time that for “half the normal price we would receive introductory treatment” and we relented. They should up on Saturday, took our credit card and sprayed around the home for the pest we never had. I signed what I assumed was a credit card authorization and we are now being charged for continuing services (which we still don’t want or need). We are also being threatened with a $150 cancellation fee. If Prime Pest comes to your door – politely ask them to leave. You don’t likely have a spider or rat problem, if you did you would already probably know about it and those problems can usually be handled with a single trip to Home Depot or Lowes. Otherwise you will get stuck paying for something you don’t want or need. 1 of 5 stars.
