We live in the basement lock-off of a house in the mountains where we can see lots of pests. While doing our spring cleaning this year we contacted Quality Pet Solutions for a general pest consultation and spray. Bear was our technician. He is a local and I can't say enough about his professionalism. He was flexible when making our appointment. On our scheduled day he texted ahead of time to confirm our appointment. He arrived on time and was very friendly and knowledgeable. We walked the property and he showed me things I should be aware of when it comes to pests. He applied a general spider pesticide (organic) to both the inside and outside of our perimeter. Thankfully he didn't see any major signs of intrusion or damage. He said these types of checks are good to do at least 2 times a year to keep your home free of pests. We will be calling Bear next time we need any pests removed.

Initial response was timely and helpful. The technician was knowledgeable and spider activity was very low the first two weeks post treatment. When activity began to increase, I reached out for follow up treatment which I was told would be at no charge if within 30 days of first visit. Four emails and a voicemail later, still no response.

We called Pest Solutions when we discovered a rat was somehow getting into our kitchen and house from our crawlspace (my nightmare!). Anthony visited to help us just assess the situation before doing any true extermination. It was super great to have this cheaper option to have a professional come out and assess how bad it was. He searched the house for entry points and looked in the crawl space for evidence and we discovered it wasn't too dire, maybe just the one rat. He confirmed for us that we were setting our traps correctly and provided helpful feedback on how we might still be able to take care of the situation on our own. Anthony was professional, wore a mask, and was just a super friendly person. If we ever have another issue, we'll be calling Pest Solutions again! Thanks, Anthony!

Called and had the Owner Eric come out and do the treatment. Most professional and friendly person to deal with. Answered all my questions and gave me good tips and pointers. Will be recommending to anyone with pest problems. Glad I went with Pest Solutions!

I called at 12:27 pm, and they told me they could send someone out same day by 3:00. Technician called me at 12:35 that he was 10 minutes away. Lightning fast and exceptional service!

I highly recommend this pest control company!!! First off I have utilized their service on multiple occasions. Not only do they use green products, they are extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

The administrative company Doesn’t care about their employees that are rude and inconsiderate, I canceled services because of Insufficient and getting rid of past spiders and rats. Also poor customer service.
