Been using Guaranteed Pest Control for 2.5 years for two 4 unit apartment buildings I manage. I used to use Exodus, but they quit the business so I had to find someone new. One of my buildings has recurring struggles with rodent intrusion because it is near a stream & greenbelt. I've found over 10 years that you can knock the rodents back but they will come back eventually, especially with nature so close. I have both buildings now on monthly service which has kept the population down. I've had one or two times a resident saw a rodent inside, and Guaranteed got out there quickly to place traps inside and get rid of the rodent. They also helped me out when I had a possible bedbug scare - inspected and confirmed there were not bedbugs, to my great relief, for a very reasonable charge. My new tech, John Newland, asked if I'd be willing to provide a Google review as it helps their business. They've done right by me over the last 2.5 years so I was happy to. Thank you John! I used to have a guy named Harold who was great but he got sick and had to take time off work. I hope he's ok.

I have regular service scheduled and never see a technician. I called and complained and they gave me a new guy-Jim. So, I called about mice in the kitchen, Jim set traps then came back said nothing was in the trap. Have not seen him since. We found mice droppings in a kitchen drawer, we had a mouse run across our feet in the laundry room. UUgghhh.....You can't make this up! Not good.

Hade a similar experience as one of the previous posters. The tech came out and laid a couple of traps, but never returned to check anything. He finally came back about a month later to remove the traps. Never got a single mole. He told us "they must have gone back up into the woods." Felt cheated. Not recommended.

Call about thier traps never being removed [about a year aho] and starting service again, plus possible other needs. "Office Mgr." Rebecca rambles on in a nonsensical way, not listening to a word I said... then tells me not to talk to her that way when I try to inteject... to get them TO REMOVE TRAPS THEY SIMPKY LEFT BEHIND MONTHS AGO. I tell her she's yelling at me while I sitting here with Pnuemonia. In one ear, out the other. Owner calls, "Dave". Blames his "tech". His business fails. It's his technicians fault. Yikes. Completely dillusional biz operators. NOTHING guaranteed here. Paid upwards of $1500. Never a single mole removed nor killed either.
