Founded in 2006 by Inland NW Resident Jacob Borg, Pointe Pest Control has grown from a single office in Spokane, Washington, to multiple locations throughout Washington, Idaho, Oregon, and Montana. Today Pointe employs an impressive group of experienced and knowledgeable professionals committed to problem solving and serving our customers' needs. Pointe Pest Control is proud to give back to the communities it serves through a number of avenues, including an annual Scholarship Program awarded to graduating Seniors in Washington, Idaho,Oregon, and Montana. In addition, Pointe conducts an annual Charitable Bed Bug Treatment program called 'Take a Bite of the Holidays' that includes a complete bed bug treatment for a family in need.

I had a very disappointing experience with Pointe Pest Control. The price they quoted over the phone was almost half of what they actually charged when they arrived. They also promised a full service that included vacuuming and thorough treatment, but they skipped the vacuuming entirely and were finished in about 35 minutes instead of 2-3 hours they were telling during inspection. Definitely they skipped some processes. Unfortunately, the problem is still not resolved, and now I’m stuck in an unfair contract. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

We have been with Point Pest control for 5 yrs + they are always available and TJ is a super young fellow he always addresses all our issues with mice, bugs, and spiders as we live on acreage we really enjoy being serviced by Tj, he is always friendly to our dog that's a plus. Tx joan

Please ask your employees to wear shoe cover before entering client home. this is basic thing when it come to service, after treating garden area entering home with same shoes without wearing cover stains the carpet and it’s not hygienic.

They came out for the first visit and did not clean the cobwebs or spider eggs around our front entry. I told them this and they said they would put a note in for our next service, which was today, and came home to still have a giant spider egg sac in my front entry. Very disappointed Update 7/18 management did not contact me and they did not rectify the problem, nor reapond to my email. Very poor service.

I hired them to do something about countless bees sitting on and flying around my house. For $250 they sent someone to spray at few places and that’s it (about ~15 mins, I checked time). He didn’t go up by ladder, nothing was done on roof or anywhere that cannot be reached from ground. I am 100% certain bees are laughing at it. And to add salt to the injury, they didn’t even apply $35 first service coupon. Complete waste of my time and money. Lesson learned.

Sasquatch Pest Control merged or sold to Pointe Pest and they transferred my account. I told them I don't want to use them, they already got $100 towards my $150 for quarterly service, which they aren't performing, but are demanding the other $50. Again, this is for a service I cancelled and do not want. They also "froze" my account and now I can't use their online system for this payment.
