Brandon Wier came out on Friday to give a free estimate for a carpenter ant problem. He was terrific. He answered all my questions and didn’t talk down to me like a lot of men do in these situations. We haven’t decided on a plan of action yet, but I wanted to thank Brandon for his professionalism and knowledge. If we do decide to go with a bit-monthly service, it will be because of him. He didn’t try to upsell me, like another company that came out.
Kevin McDowell provided outstanding service. He is a very professional and respectful tech who knew what he is doing inside out.
Matt was polite professional & listen to our concerns. He done an exceptional job and took the necessary time to thoroughly covered all areas of our property. My wife & I would highly recommend keeping Matt as part of our quarterly service. Best Tech we had yet hands down. We had good ones in the past but Matt went beyond and took the time to address our concerns we had to our property! Keep up the excellent service Croach

Tony Menza from Croach came to service my home today. I have some very specific requests and a fearful dog that reacts highly to outside stimuli and any kind of knock on the door or ringing of the doorbell, etc. etc. Tony did an awesome job. He did exactly what I asked him to do. He was very polite and he had some great suggestions. I highly recommend him. Thank you Tony!

Friendly, experienced, quick, clean and efficient
Pest Free is way better than that other company :-) They are always considerate and we are very nearly pest free. They just can't stop fruit flies! I also like that their chemicals are not harsh. Today was a comprehensive annual service.

This was the first time that Tony was here & is very personable & did a great job!!
Wouldn't know. Did not see him. He didn't replace mouse traps in garage. Didn't see him check rat traps outside. Didn't ring doorbell. If he knocked, didn't hear it. I've been in the kitchen on back side of house. If he was here, I would have seen him check for wasp nests on back of house. Gates not locked, but one is a little sticky. Never saw his truck.

Do not use them. We were promised if we moved they wouldn’t charge us. We tried to transfer to new address and instead of transferring they sent us to collections with no communication and less then 30 days after our request. When speaking to them the agent screamed at me and told me not her problem and hung up. There are good companies out there. Dont make the mistake of choosing this one.
We called to pause our account with Croach over the summer. A couple of weeks later I happened to be home and saw a Croach servicer starting to spray our house, I quickly let him know we were paused and he gave me the number to confirm we were still paused and would not be needing service. Had I not been home in the middle of the day, he would have sprayed the house and we would have been charged even though our account was paused. A few weeks later in October I got an email from Croach that they would be servicing our house in two days. I had my husband call at that point to cancel the account in total because they were not listening that we wanted out account paused. My husband called on October 26th and spoke to a representative that said if we would like to continue our account and receive service, they would give us $50 off our next service. We agreed and the servicer came out on November 11th. The next day, my account was charged in full without the $50 credit we were promised. I called the office for two days and was told my account was being looked into and I would be called back. On the third day I finally was told our account was credited $50 but I would still owe the full amount this time, but next service I could use the $50 off. I was transferred to speak to Delores who was very rude and condescending. She relayed to me that she was backed up with work and it was not her fault she didn’t get to my account in time to credit it before it was charged in full. The credit was promised on October 26th and I was charged fully on November 12tg. It seems like enough time to have been able to enter the credit before the service was provided and we were charged. After talking to her and how rude she was, we decided to cancel our account in full.
Sales rep in the field are known for signing you up and not explaining the pricing/agreement properly. I was told I would get a 30 day review after my initial service to ensure my ants are gone. I was charged $130 twice for this. Even their person who answers the phone said this is an issue they've been having with their door to door sales reps. I am not being refunded Deloris the service manager has to do "research" and get back to me ... my account is now over drawn due to us not anticipating the extra charge. I also still have ants so I would not recommend this company.
We are glad you received our payment. However, at the time the service person was doing his "service" we were home. He did not ring the doorbell, knock on the door or in any way try to contact us. This is not an acceptable type of service for us. We have no clue what he did while he was here. No other company who provides a service for us has ever treated us this way. Kenneth I have escalated your account to a manager and you should be hearing from someone soon, thank you for bringing this to our attention.
Initially, the service seemed great. They came out in-between scheduled services if there were issues as promised. In April 2019 I called to let them know I would not be renewing the contract. They took all of the information, and "noted" my account that after the final service in July the contract would be terminated. The contract was for 1 year, which would be done in July 2019. I received a phone call that stated I would be subject to early termination fees from a contract that I have fulfilled. They sent me an e-mail with a request to close my account, which was likely generated from the "notes" on my account from April. I responded back, letting them know everything had previously been discussed by phone and then I receive a voicemail letting me know I'm subject to early termination fees. Every time I call the office it is disorganized and no one is on the same page. Update: I spoke to Raquel who was laughing at me because of my frustration with their company. None of the so called pest control has worked period, and they still forced me to schedule the last appointment or pay an early termination fee which they refused to define. This service does not work and the customer service is garbage. The response from the owner appears to be auto generated and is the same for any negative review. If they reach out I will update this but as of now they have not.

This is what you missed today, in addition there is also another nest up in the eves as well. 060319 Addendum to initial post. So... my re-re-service was scheduled today, Monday 6th, and 30 minutes before anticipated arrival I was notified that it would be necessary to re-schedule. The additional photos are the ongoing development of nests as well as those that were missed during the re-service. Hopefully my re-scheduled re-re-service for 060819 will be more effective.

I've used Croach before for both my business and residential once prior, when called them to set up quarterly inspection/treatments for our business they were not responsive, a rep called back ONCE and said her systems was down and was unable to set apt, and that she'll call back the next day to set one up. We understood, things happen. Still no call and it's been 3 days since we've last spoken with her, we ended going with someone else with much better reviews and way more professional/ responsive. We should've read croach's reviews prior, would've saved us a lot of time. Disappointing to say none the least.
These people should be ashamed of themselves. I was open minded when their solicitor came to my house and I finally agreed to hire them despite how pushy and aggressive he was. After a couple months of their services, I realized that he outright lied to me about the price and the effectiveness of their pest control. When I insisted that they let me break my contract because I was clearly lied to, they insisted I still pay the cancellation fee. Businesses should have a minimum standard of integrity and Croach definitely does not. They're despicable.
Absolutely awful. They get you in a contract and claim to set appointments based on your availability but in reality call the day of because they are in the area. They would regularly come while we were at work and our backyard was locked. We had TONS of huge spiders and ants all over our house. It never worked. They refused to realize that their times didn't work with ours. They emailed and called as more of a gesture but nothing changed. I told them I was unhappy but they kept charging me. Then, they decided it wasn't working for them and wanted to cancel the contract. This was their idea but they wanted to charge me anyway. Translation: give us 90 bucks for doing nothing. When I said no, they threatened collections even though it wasn't my idea to cancel. Biggest scam on earth. DO NOT SIGN WITH THEM! Use over the counter traps and such. They work much better. I have photos and emails as proof. Email me if you wanna see them.
