Disappointed with this company. It would seem the technician that put down the pre-emergent didn’t do my side yard and didn’t go all of the way to the back corner of my back yard. Both areas had a large quantity of weeds by early season. I called in early in the season and didn’t really get anything as far as an apology or that they were going to do anything to help fix the issue. This month, we happened to be home on our back porch when Nathan Cain came to treat our lawn. He stopped to ask if we had any questions. I appreciated that he acknowledged us. He even acknowledged and pet my old dog. I knew Matt when he started the business. Clearly he hires good people to work the business as it has grown over the years.

Nathan did such a wonderful job aerating and seeding our lawn. He did a larger surface area than we paid for just out of kindness, and that's one of the reasons we keep coming back to Purelawn. Their office is kind and communicative, and getting a personalized call from the owner about your treatment plan is one of the most reassuring aspects. Highly recommend Purelawn for their quality of service.
