Jacob (The Stinger Pest Control) did not respond to either an email or follow-up text question after yellow jacket ground nest removal ($350 PAID) concerning hazard of poison powder placed where additional landscaping planned. Otherwise, nest successfully eliminated. My prior post amended regarding non-response to email and follow-up text question about toxicity of chemicals used. Jacob called, explained circumstances and apologized. All is well. Five star rating.
I want to say that after calling a few of the bigger, corporate owned places that were astronomical in their quotes to my elderly mother, I called here because the business was local and that appealed to me if my mother needed to contact them. Eric responded immediately which I did not expect at all and in the end didn’t charge my mother at all because there were solutions that she could do on her own. That shows a lot of honesty and integrity…especially nowadays. Eric has my office’s business
I really can't say enough nice things about Eric, the owner, and I would immediately recommend this company to anyone with a pest problem. He was highly profession, very quick to respond, and extremely knowledgeable. Seriously, his customer service cannot be beat! We discovered small bugs and flying insects in our basement last night, called close to closing time, and left a message. He called us back within 10 minutes and asked us to send him some pictures. We did and he called back a few mi
FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I called for help with, what I thought were flying ants in my home, on a Saturday. Even though, the office was technically closed, my call was answered because they were doing a job that had been rained out earlier in the week. Eric asked me to send a quick picture of what I could see and said he'd call me right back. He followed through and called me back, telling me I had termites, not an ant problem, and unfortunately he does not handle termites. Eric went on to
I called Jacob about my bee problem at 2:45 on a Saturday and he was at my house within an hour and a half! On a Saturday of all days!!! He explained that we had honey bees swarming and he could spray the area for us to make our house a less desirable spot for them. Immediately after he sprayed, I could already see a decrease in the amount of bees flying around my back door. Jacob was prompt, professional and didn't pressure me into anything additional. If you have bees, spiders, ants or anythin
Owner Response
Thank you so much. I really appreciate it. I’m glad we were able to get ahead of it before anything happened. The treatment we did helps reduce the chances of stinging insects moving in. Thankfully, no bees were harmed in the process! I’m glad that we were able to get this taken care of ASAP. Thank
I reached out to Jacob about a wasp problem I'm having and he responded very quick! He let me know he could come out same day or next and didn't hesitate when I said same day. I contacted him a little after 3 and he was able to get here by 5. He was really friendly, informative and jumped right on the problem. His price and customer service is great! Hopefully my problem goes away after this but he provides an amazing warranty just in case it doesn't.
