The pictures are than 50 days after a treatment and they should last at least 90 days, so they say. Also had a wasp nest infestation in my attached garage that they are supposedly treating on the outside to prevent that. Nearly got stung and took care of that whole thing myself. They expect $160+ for that treatment alone. For the inconvenience stated they would put $70 on the balance. I have all they do on camera. As soon as this contract is up, I can do a better job myself. Just to busy to do it and thought, supporting a local business is a good thing. We'll see what happens in 2 days when a supposedly VIP rep is coming to service my home. On top of all that, the back part of the house wasn't being serviced at all. From what I could see on cameras.

Robert came out to do a routine inspection and treatment for our property. When he found that we were getting yellow jackets into our house, he took extra time to find the source and treated for them, both inside and outside. I am extremely appreciative for all that he did for us.

2x NO SHOW or NO CALL. The sales person was great. We bought the inspection package and were going to sign on for a quarterly maintenance. 1st time, they didn't show up. We waited on a Friday till 7pm. We rescheduled it for today. SURPRISE, 2 hours after the time they were supposed to be here I called only to hear "he's running behind". No phone call? Are we supposed to sit here again waiting for them on a Friday? They must not need anyone's business. I'll find a company who needs a treatment and yearly contract who needs the business. P.S. the lady who answered the phone couldn't have cared less that we were not happy.

I have had this service for years!! Mathew P. is excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable and takes care of my home like no other!! If you need this type of service they are the ones to call. My first encounter with them was a bed bug problem. Got rid of those great. That was 10 years ago and I still have them spray my house inside and out every other month and see no insct problems at all. They are great!!

Aiden H. came and gave us our initial servicing. He was very professional and make sure to hit all the floors/attic/outside. Outstanding service. Now, we'll just have to wait and see if the chemicals work, which I am sure they will. By the way, this is preventative spraying. I don't have a major issue that needs solved.

Called about a smell that was coming from somewhere on the property thinking there may be a dead animal somewhere. They were able to get someone to the house in 20 minutes for a free inspection and found that there were no animals to be worried about. But it looks like I need to call the plumbers.
