Very disappointed! I called about a mouse problem. I was told they would provide treatments. I was also told this covered a total of 6 or 7 pests. So, I paid $139 plus tax. They come out and place traps! That is all they do. The older gentleman filled a couple of holes with spray foam. He told me the repellent for mice is more money and he said mice get used to it and it quits working. I was told many times they come out for "treatments". There are no treatments. If I could leave a zero star I would. I was extremely disappointed and disgusted with my experience with orkin. We had an appointment scheduled for today May 15th between 2-4 pm, the representative never showed up. No call no nothing. Called customer service at 4:22pm the representative told me the driver was going to be there at anytime still no show. The service branched closed at 6pm. Had to call from my daughter's number because they wouldn't answer from mine or my husband's number because

They don't kill one pest and show up at different times then scheduled so they don't actually treat your home ever. The inspector called them to come out because of the trail of ants on the front porch trailing into the house. No one came. I bought some pest control on Amazon that got rid of the ants in most places within a day. Orkin also tells you that you have dive holes in the insulation in the attic an that they'll suck out everything caulk, and put a cage over the ridge vent for a tidy sum
