We spoke to Nick on the phone. He sold us the service based on his amazing customer service. He is probably the best person we’ve ever spoken to from a customer service standpoint. Truly a gem you have in the company. He explained how one mouse in the house could actually be something else without scaring me to packing up and selling the house to this mouse. The technician that provided the service was friendly and knowledgeable. He did a good job but accidentally damaged an outlet in my house that resulted in a half of the outlets and lights in my house to not work. Since then dealing with this company has been a nightmare. I had to spend significant amount of time on the phone with no results, use my PTO for appointments that were missed and had to find an electrician to repair the damage and get light restored. I regret having chosen this company

Greenix is over priced and have poor communication. Be sure you are aware of what you’re signing up for. Greenix will try to make your situation seem worse than it is. They will try to lock you in for monthly services and will charge you without any notice. You will pay for a service, but then it won’t cover your issue. You will then need to pay more to fix your issue on top of your monthly payment. Overall, you are better to do it yourself or find another company. The technicians are at your h
