Cancelled my service because when they came in May, it poured down rain an hour later, and now I have a lot of weeds in the front. Then they came in August, but had a machine malfunction that damaged my yard & they left without telling me....somebody came the next week and put dirt and seed down in that spot, but didn't do a very good job & sent me a message to go water it, but I can't because I have congestive heart failure....so I have a big dirt spot in the front. I called to talk to the people in charge about these problems, but nobody called me back. They just haven't done a good job this year, so I dropped them. Pictures show the weeds and dirt spot in the front. ***My reply to the Company's response from below: Excuses, excuses. If your weed control is supposed to dry in 30 minutes, then that means that I have so many weeds in my front yard because your product doesn't work. And you may have been notified of the machine malfunction & yard damage, but I wasn't informed until a week later. And your lack of response to my phone call was the final straw.

Our weed control applications are designed to dry in as little as 30 minutes during the warmer summer months, so the rain that came after your May visit would not have affected the effectiveness of the treatment. Additionally, the fertilizer we apply is actually activated by rain or watering. We were notified of the machine malfunction during the August visit and acted quickly to correct the issue. We returned promptly to repair the damage with soil and seed, and followed up with instructions for care. We understand your health concerns, and we sincerely regret that the situation added any stress. We always strive to deliver quality service and responsive communication, and we regret that you felt unheard after reaching out. We appreciate the opportunity we had to service your lawn and wish you all the best moving forward.

Nice people, but I have weeds everywhere in my yard. The only thing they have been able to kill is dandelion. I would like to see the weeds gone not multiply.

Had them do pesticide for bugs and still had issues and weeds where not killed on fertilizer treatment canceled them. Even my mom wasted her time with them for years.

Our products are dry, slow-release fertilizer and cause no harm to the lawn, even when experiencing little rain. It will actually help the lawn recover faster than without as we get rainfall/watering. Lawns under stress are hungry for food and this application has many great benefits. A rep in our office will be giving you a call to discuss things further. We also offer call ahead methods where we let you know a day in advance of when you are being serviced. You never asked for that, but we have since updated your account to reflect a call ahead that way we can keep you in the loop and improve our line of communication so that you know when we are planning to come out. Appreciate your time and consideration.
I have been using their service for a year and a half. These photos are from 1 week after my sixth treatment. I had to call to get my first treatment for the year scheduled since the yard was already filling with dandelions and clover. They made it out two weeks later and the only thing that went away was the bright yellow flowering dandelions and not even all of them. Approximately six weeks later I get my second treatment a spot spray and fertilizer with pictures of the spots from my dogs urine killing spots of grass in the backyard completely ignoring the large areas of brown and dying grass. I emailed asking for a response and explanation and received a reply saying per the service manager they will schedule a maintenance appt. We are 7 days since the reply no tech has visited and nobody has bothered to reach out besides the short email reply. So I came here maybe to get a little attention. Maybe my yard isn’t in a nice enough neighborhood or big enough for the commercials I am not looking for the greenest and greatest yard on the block but I want it to look good and weed free as I walk through it not as you drive past at 25mph.

Bret,<br>Thank you for your feedback. We try our best to route service calls as priority (ASAP) and when I was checking into your account, I noticed we will be out today to address your weeds and other concerns. If you have any questions, please let your tech or us know in the office. Our treatments will always be automatically scheduled for you during the time frame we are providing that service. For example, there is no need to reach out in the spring as we already have you down to receive that service between March and April. As a new customer in 2023, when we started treating your lawn, there were multiple types of weeds, Nimblewill, and Annual Bluegrass, and with our treatments, each time our tech comes out to treat again, there are less and less weeds than last time we were out. Please keep in mind we can only address weeds once they are above the surface and need addressed multiple times throughout the year to keep them at bay. Our herbicide is targeted towards broadleaf weeds which we spray for every time we are out to treat, but know you may experience some weeds in your lawn that have to be addressed separately with a different product when they are not broadleaf weeds. As for crabgrass, our best chance at controlling that is before the seed heads germinate in the spring, and then we can also spray it throughout the year as well, however crabgrass grows in thin and sparse areas, and we tend to see it around the driveway, sidewalks, and edging where the lawn is thinner. Once we treat weeds and crabgrass, if there are bare spots as a result, we highly recommend seeding those areas, otherwise weeds and crabgrass will continue to come back. In regard to lawn disease, that is all weather related and can not be proactively stopped due the weather conditions being out of our control and can only be addressed once present, with fungicide upon request. Today's treatment will address the remaining weeds since your last application, however there is nothing that can be done about pet damage other than a total kill and reseed of that area. If you would like to know more about your options to address pet damage, please let us know and we'd be happy to get you set up for an assessment. Appreciate the opportunity to get back on track and address your concerns accordingly.
Just called and the website states they can remove trees, they don't. I suggest they remove the option from there website. The lady however was nice.

They seeded my beds and offered no solution other than to charge me extra to clean up their mistake. Edit: Regardless of timeline, you are still responsible for this. Considering this response, you have lost my business.

Adam,<br>We did an aeration overseeding job for you in 2020, 2 years ago. There was no report of concern during that time and on 8/29/22 was the first time it was reported to us. It takes about 30 days for seed to germinate, so if this was caused by the initial treatment back in 2020, the grass in your beds would have germinated 30 days after that service took place and should have been reported at that time. We do our due-diligence to work with our customers and we are the first to admit, we know we aren't perfect and there is always room for improvement, but we do handle all concerns within a timely manor, as long as they are reported within a timely manor, so our hands are tied with this one.
