Couldn't be more pleased with the service I receive from Brown Pest Control. Karl does an amazing job. He's efficient, kind and a pleasure to talk to. We found a hornet's nest on Tuesday. Karl came out Thursday morning and took care of it and treated the outside of the house and was done before 9am. Fantastic company!

I filled out their contact form late Sunday night, and received a prompt email response the following morning. Front office was very kind and scheduled me for their soonest slot for a yellow jacket nest removal. Technician Cole completed the job in a timely manner and took care to clean up any residual chemicals from the treatment. He was very personable and professional, and took the time to educate me on yellow jackets. I won't hesitate to call them if I'm ever in need of their services again.

Brown Pest Control is wonderful! Every spring, they take care of the borer bees that LOVE to drill into our home. Karl does a terrific job! Just today we had Karl come back because we had a umbrella wasp (I know this thanks to Karl) problem. He took care of the nests and and the problem. Thank you!

Very nice company to work with. Comparable prices to others in the area. Easier to get on their schedule than others. The technicians were very friendly and professional and the office is very reachable by phone or email. I would use them again.

CJ was knowledgeable and helpful. He explained what I was looking at - ant frass on the front porch - and that it was not harmful, but I could choose to have a treatment if I wanted to. He inspected for termites as well. I appreciate his honesty and his information. I will use this company in the future if I need a pest control solution.

Bob Brown arrived right on time and was exceptionally helpful and friendly. He took the time to walk me through his thought process, answered all of my questions, and was very thorough. I greatly appreciated his honesty and lack of a sales pitch. He didn't hesitate to inform me on a few services I inquired about that they wouldn't be able to do more than I was already doing. The corporate pest control service who came out previously wanted to sign us up for a 12 month $99/mo contract for this issue, which they ultimately couldn't control better than a DIY spray at $20 per bottle. The quote for the things they could help with came promptly following his visit, and was very reasonable for the services required.
