LATE TO OUR APPOINTMENT! HAD US WAITING FOR THEM TO SHOW UP. WAS READY ANIMALS IN THE CAR EVERHTHING FOR THE TIME THEY WHERE SUPPOSED TO BE HERE. NOPE HALF HOUR STILL NOT HERE! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Great business I highly recommend their sevices

This company was chosen out of three pest control companies because they had the most services offered at the lowest cost. As they've been coming to my Grandmother's I've seen only professionalism, kindness, understanding and a willingness to work with you and around your pets. I've even had to reschedule a few times and each time I was met only with positive responses. Ladybug is 10\10 recommended! Very nice people and a small local, family run business. Thanks for all your hard work guys! P.s. All their workers did great and were polite, but we just had a man named Jordan that came out and he has got to be the most thorough exterminator I've seen yet! This whole company seems to be made of some nice, hard working guy's. You won't regret calling them.

I had Ladybug check my residence for mice. They found entry areas and sealed the areas inside and outside. It's been a few months and I have no activity. I am pleased with the service.

Still continued to see roaches every now ,after last treatment. I.never had roaches, lived here 17 yrs. until I got new neighbors an there home was.infested,they had to be removed from the home it was so bad ! I would think part of Ladybugs treatment would be to treat the perimeter of homes outside an bait there.But when I asked about this, they wanted to charge me another $125.00, an I think this is unacceptable, I already paid $400.00 ,for 975 sq.ft home all on 1 floor, I would not recommend them. They are a rip off,I. Well, I 'll have to rescind my earlier review , an I can say I was pleasantly surprised by the kindness an services offered , You.are greatly appreciated Sir. THANK YOU

Ladybug is awesome , fast , they did both inside and out and only coming to my house the one time i had not seen any mice since. Considering we live next to an abandon house

Nice people working but I wouldn't recommend them at, called them for services for bed bugs and we didn't have many but the issue still persits.

DO NOT USE LADYBUG SERVICES! Regina pimped me out of my last treatment service after accepting payment. Regina advised she ‘didn’t care’ what her quote said - they were done. Ladybug also broke a window and refused to repair. Not professional, renigs on service, and extremely rude over the phone. Consider yourself fair warned!

My call was returned promptly and someone came out the next day. I was told I needed several services completed and was told I would receive an invoice/estimate for future services that evening or next day. I called 2 days latter and inquired on the invoice/estimate for future services I never received. I was told that the email would be sent that day. I again called 2 days later to inquire on he email. Although, staff was courteous, I think customers services and business ethics are lacking. A dead bird was left in attic and insulation was left all over the floor. I had really hoped to support this Black Owned Business, but the lack of professionalism has me reserved to say the least.

Ladybug just did a bed bug treatment in a vacate house 2 months ago, they didn't take care of the situation, bed bugs is still there, its seems worst then before. the house still vacant, no one live there yet, They try to blame someone else bring it in again. non sense....
