For me, being an ardent animal lover, researching and hiring a pest control company was NOT something I was wanting to do at all. However a year ago I found myself needing to do so for my sanity. I worked with company that had it's pros and cons and when it came time for me to have to need them again I thought to myself that perhaps I should dig a little deeper in my research: I am so glad I did. Enter Free Bee. From the kind and upbeat woman I spoke with who scheduled my appointment in a VERY timely manner to the owner Eric coming out to help me, my experience with them has been great. Free Bee offers professionalism, down-to-earth and honest and practical solutions and advice, kindness and affordability. So grateful to have discovered this group of hard-working people to have help me through a tough problem.

I stirred up an unknown yellow jacket nest and got stung multiple times! So I called and they came out within hours and and took care of the problem and with a warranty! Don't hesitate to call them...they will deliver results.

We were worried we had honey bees climbing into our garage and potentially forming a hive, but Free Bee quickly diagnosed them as harmless Mason bees. They were kind enough to text with us when we reached out on a Sunday even though it was not during business hours. They put us at ease and I enjoyed learning about Mason bees-- something I never knew existed!

We purchased a building with roaches gave Free Bee a call and they came quickly. We set up for the quarterly spraying just to keep anything and everything away. I have not seen a single bug since the first spray. They have extremely friendly staff and I can’t even tell you how much I appreciate the text reminders.

Eric was the name of the technician that showed up in my house he was also the one I spoke with on the phone earlier in the week unfortunately due to scheduling conflict he actually came out on a Sunday to take care of my issue which I thought was pretty awesome. He had given me a range high to low quote over the phone without even seeing the job and wants he was here and actually viewed what he had to deal with it came in closer to the low end of the quote which is unusual most companies lean more towards the high end of the quote he was more than fair with his price and very professional. Once he actually found the nest he realized that the job was bigger than he anticipated but he completed it without hesitation and at an additional cost which was also very surprising. As I said he's very professional and also very pleasant to talk to. I would not hesitate to hire him in the future with any other issues I may have and also I will recommend him to anybody that needs his type of service. Thank you Eric you done a great job.

Free Bee came out to our home to assess bees on a high chimney. They were very prompt in both creating and making good on their scheduled time. They they did a spot treatment for us free of charge as they didn’t feel the issue warranted a true plan of care. We will be sure to use them again if the need arises and appreciate their honesty.

Can't say enough positive about this company. They've taken care of me and my family for around 10 years. Highly professional, very responsive, thorough, friendly. They explain everything fully and get whatever job needed done. Recently eradicated yellow jackets in the backyard for me. The absolute best in the business by far.
