Very responsive to a short-fused request for an inspection I needed to complete a home re-fi package. Thorough and efficient inspection, and the report and invoice were delivered within the same day!

Don’t know how he did today because I didn’t know he was here. However, since the first visit I’m not seeing any droppings where the mice usually went!

Love these guys.....they got rid of the carpets beetles a couple of years ago. For 3 months I was breaking out in an awful itching rash ....4 skin Dr's couldn't figure it out. I bought a new mattress and found a very tiny bug. I took a picture of it and sent to Dan ..knew right away what it was. They started treatments immediately and one maybe two treatments later they were gone. Pro Zone comes here every 3 months to spray and I might see one water bug in between visits. The people are very friendly and knowledgeable and affordable. I won't use anyone else .

We had an invasion of ground bees, yellow jackets and after many stings, I contacted Jared at Dayton Pest Control. He came out the next day treated the nest and areas controlled by the bees and took care of them and treated all round the house for summer insects and spiders!! At a very responsible price. Excellent job strongly recommended. No upselling either.

Had no idea they were here. I had requested a discussion about some additional traps.

NOT HAPPY. I CANCELED MY SERVICE THIS TIME BECAUSE I CANNOT AFFORD IT. I CANCELED THROUGH THE WEBSITE. THEY STILL CAME TODAY AND CHARGED ME. 😡

Overall preventative service seems fine; however, I'm having an issue with spiders around my house which has led to a lot of webs on the exterior. I also thought Pro Zone cleared these webs, but maybe I'm thinking of my previous pest control service.

The owner is a nice guy. His son works for him and he is very respectful everytime he comes. Last year everything went great. This year we had to call them back for spiders and they came instantly. Everything seems to be good.

Ryan came out and was very professional & efficient. He told me what to expect and what steps to take if I needed them to return within the next week or so! Great service and I look forward to seeing him again in 3 months!

Pro: There were a couple carpenter ants we spotted about a week after the first treatment, so they came out and treated again - no more problems. Did what they said they would do. I like to know what product pest control people use so that I can look up the safety data sheet for myself, and they obliged me in doing that. Con: I found that I had to call again a few days after leaving a voicemail to get a hold of them.

Decided to go with this company price was much cheaper than the other big name companies. Two things that they could work on is timing, actually day of treatment was scheduled for 12pm after 12 I called two different contacts numbers to see if they were still available no reply until almost 2hours after scheduled time. The other thing I would request is maybe the technician could wear shoe covers when entering the house. Overall experience is good I would recommend to others

My room had roaches when I arrived and they waved goodbye to me when I left. Room service was terrible...almost 3 hours to get anything. Looked good, wasn't what we expected. Sorry.
