Not sure how we got these little bastards, but I fought them for a month and threw money out the window doing it. I got tired of fighting them and called Scott. He came in hot, literally, and using his heat machines he killed them all, eggs included. We are now bug free and happy. Give him a call if you have to deal with these pest. He will take care of them for you quickly and at a good price.

Great service Scott helped walk me through the process and was on call through the whole thing to answer any questions ( while on vacation at that ) and a very reasonable price if I ever had this problem again I would definitely go back will recommend 100 times over the whole crew was pleasant to work with from pick up to drop off and everything in between and definitely heat it to beat it

Customer service is excellent. Saved me a ton of money by taking this route and they give you all the tools to succeed. It's honestly down right good Ole fashion help your neighbor out kind of business. The type you just don't see anymore. We used their heaters in my dad's house. They walk you through EXACTLY how to use their equipment and how to prep the area you will be heating. Super friendly people and easy to do business with.

This DIY experience was AWESOME! Scott and his team are extremely knowledgeable experts and were able to help us with an exact plan of attack. They explained each step and answered every question. Believe me I had a few. They also made themselves available if we had any questions once we started the process. When we found the pest problem and reached out they went above and beyond and met us after hours so that we could get started straightaway. It has been a few months and the results using the heaters made all the difference in conquering the pest problem the first time. I had Scott come down to heat my house for bed bugs and I was throwing things away like crazy and he told me to quit throwing things away and when he got done I guarantee you there is nothing living in that house after they're done it is the best job I ever had done by anybody I give him a five star any day and Scott if you see this message thank you a lot

While the heaters worked perfectly and I had no problems with the machinery the customer service aspect of it was horrible. Since Dayton is literally the only place in central Ohio to rent those type of heaters I had to drive two hours, then thinking it’s 24 hr and even calling, I get there at 11 am and it’s closed with a hand written sign 7/18/20 12:00-5 .. ok whatever but the beat part is he’s a half hour late. If you wanna do business do it right. I’d rather buy my own then deal w that again.
