Just wanted to compliment my Rocket Pest tech Jeremy. I receive timely notification before his arrival so I can plan accordingly. When he arrives he is friendly and professional. He always explains the service he is providing and what to expect afterwards. Before he leaves he always checks in and confirms that the service is complete and asks if I have questions. My husband and I are on a yearly bundle of services. I’ve come to trust and appreciate the consistent services from our service tech.
