Today was one of the worst experiences with Orkin. A technician came out and while I was explaining my problem areas told me “he is not a turf service” as I asked about ants in the yard. Then proceeded to tell me all areas are treated inside to help issues. As he was leaving wanted to add “I’ve serviced some people for 2 years and never even been inside their home because they know the outside is what needs treatment”. EDIT: They tried to make it right by sending someone who was scheduled to come out and take care of rodents and then they no showed and then they made an appointment in a time I wouldn't be there without talking to me and since then they've been ghosting me and my wife at an attempt to get the service performed. It's been over a month and they still haven't treated the original problem that we hired them for so my next course of action will be to open up a lawsuit for breach of contract. They e

We still have live spiders on the house outside, in the garage and on our front porch. The tech, Jay Miller, did not do a thorough job spraying, he has pet spiders and even took one off our house and relocated it to a tree. Chances are he didnt mix the correct amount of granules with water to actually kill anything inside or outside of our home. For the price we paid, we expected the spiders to be killed. We are 100% dissatisfied with this service and we want our money back so we can hire someon
