Thomas always does a great job. This time he found a disconnected pipe under the house. Was able to reconnect until plumber arrived and fixed it.

Christian is great at answering questions, treats my home with respect, and carries out the occasional mouse or spider. Represents PMI very well.
Phil arrived and was very friendly and courteous. I told him of our situation and we walked around the yard discussing the it and he was taking pictures of the holes in the yard. I suggested I thought maybe they were moles and voles but. His response was he did not know and would have to go back and talk to his boss to determine what was digging all of the holes. He said they would have a quote to me either by the end of the day on the 26th or the morning of the 27th. As of this moment I am still waiting for some sort of response from someone about what is going on.

This is a five star. Today March 26, 2026 Johnnie Powell came out to inspect our crawlspace from Berico’s oil leak in our basement. He didn't seem to re set traps or clear any spider webs and other exterior bugs from the property.

I would love to give a positive review but I can not said he was going get me quote and never did and was only at my house 5 minutes if that not very professional at all

The experience with Adam was he was very prompt on time and he was very professional. I give him 5 stars on that. The product itself not so much. I know it has rained nearly every day since he was here and I asked him if the rain would be a problem. Turns out that it was apparently.

I used this company for about 1.5 years. During that time, while responsive, they were never able to control my rodent issue. I stopped using their service and found out I had a $92.00 balance on my account. I declared chapter 13 in March and explained this to them three times. They continue to email, call and write me in an attempt to collect $92.00. Honestly, I’m embarrassed for them. So, I still have rodents and I’m having to get my attorney involved…over $92.00. I’ve shared my experience with them with my family, friends, coworkers and if they persist, I’ll share on social media more often.

Andy didn't gives us any reassurance that there was anything that we could do to get rid of our problems, nor did he feel like he wanted to help because he sound more concerned about bringing in help then wanting to help us.

Terrible! Kept changing the date of service. I still don’t know if someone came to my apartment or not
very unhelpful company especially towards veterans. all they care about collecting their money. they could help a veteran with a simple help and all they could focus on was collecting their service fee first and did not even want to bother what was requested. A U.S senior veteran needed this company`s termite inspection services to finalize his home transaction ( this company did an inspection 4 months ago for this veteran , but we needed another one done because his loan took forever to fix the issues and get it to the final table so the termite report got expired) the first time veteran did pay this company`s services cost and so we called and see if they would allow to put the fee into the loan proceedings since the veteran does not have enough funds to cover the second inspection fee due to his fixed income ,and we spoke with 3 different reps they have and they rudely denied us and kept saying they require payment upfront to to do anything. just unbelievable the ethics this company has against a senior veteran that has served this amazing country. they would not allow a simple fee to be put in the loan so they would get paid a week later for sure from title company but they said it is the "COMPANY POLICY" that they require payment upfront. We told them the veteran already paid them 4 months ago, can you guys help a veteran out and they rudely denied, this is where it does bother me personally. Unbelievable money hungry people... Update : reply to the company response down below. You guys are complete liars. Nobody reached out to the veteran to fix the situation. Veteran had to borrow money in order to pay for your company's services so he can close his VA loan. You call that help? Veteran said he had no choice but to contact you guys back so he can get his updated report.

Not only do we employ Veterans, but we also offer a standard 15% discount across the board to all Veterans and First Responders as a small token of our appreciation for their service.<br><br>We are thankful that the homeowner is happy and that we were able to resolve the situation quickly. No accuracy of prices between employees, one gave me quote for less price for same service, other employee increased up price just to rip me off. Will Never call again.
