Neil, I stand by my review and have the email correspondence to prove it. You only provided a two week notice of cancellation of service. You just stated yourself that you provided 4 years of great service...then why lose a great client? One who paid on time and in full. Does that make any sense? Reached out to West Cary Lawn Care for pruning/ seasonal maintenance. Neil the owner got back to me promptly and was super easy to chat with. I was unsure about how to maintain my landscaping and Neil actually came out to walk through my backyard and tell me what I needed for the various plants I had and gave me the confidence to do it all myself. I recently had Triangle Wildlife come out to address what I thought was a squirrel issue. Triangle quoted me $4,200 to fix the problem. I decided to get a second quote and called Trutech. *Update 11/5 - after emailing below, Massey came out the next day to resolve the issue. Everyone was very apologetic and I believe it has just been a misread of the address. Either way, all is good now and the tech who came was incredibly nice and knowledgeable. I live in an apartment complex that is serviced by Massey.
